Amazon order import

Open up new marketplaces and increase your reach and sales. Amazon, one of the largest online marketplaces at the moment, offers you the perfect platform for this. Reach millions of loyal Amazon customers and increase the visibility of your products. Sell your products on all five European Amazon marketplaces. Use the awareness and reach for yourself and not only present your articles, but also strengthen your brand at the same time.

With our "Amazon Order Import" and our "External Order Management", you do not have to worry about importing the order data. It runs automatically and accepts all customer data quickly and reliably. As required, individual orders can be imported into the system by hand. After each successful import, the order is assigned a new order number, the Amazon order number is retained and can be issued on the invoice if necessary. The inventory in the shop is also adapted and updated accordingly. An over-sale of items is therefore not possible.

Important: In order to balance the stock in the shop, the article numbers from the shop must also be deposited on Amazon (in Amazon as storage number). If the item numbers are not identical, the orders are imported, but no inventory is matched.

Important: Customers can only use the plugin with authorization. Please note that 100 orders per day are included free of charge. If you have a higher order volume, you would have to pay a monthly fee. You can find out which tariffs are currently available here.

Orders with personalized products

As of plugin version 3.0.5, orders with personalized products can be conveniently imported. No matter what attitude the customer has made, the plugin imports the order with all the settings. In the tab "Documents" is already a file with the name: Amazon Custom Article. In this you will find all the information needed to process the order.

Always up to date

As soon as the order is sent, our extension not only delivers the status to Amazon, but also transfers the tracking code for shipment tracking. You see, you can offer the Amazon customers just as much service as your shop customers and without the extra cost! This saves you and your employees a lot of time and money.

Keep an eye on everything

Monitor your sales using the shopware statistics or the plugin "External Order Management". For this, you only need a separately created customer group "Amazon" and you can already evaluate your sales according to customer groups.

Fulfilled by Amazon

If orders are sent directly from Amazon, a different status can be set in the respective order. A note is placed in the field "internal comment" and the stock is NOT reconciled. Thus the orders can be easily separated.

Frequently Asked Questions

The assignment of the shipping methods is not enough for me. I would like to start by weight, by weight or by weight. Is that possible? The address data of FBA orders are not fully transmitted, what can I do? If you have authorized us as a developer, you will unfortunately not receive the complete FBA address data. If you absolutely need this address data, you would have to apply for your own developer account and have the respective authorizations activated.
How many Amazon accounts can I connect to the plugin? Only one account can currently be connected. If you are considering a second account, please contact us: info@coolbax.de
Can I pick up all European Amazon marketplaces? Yes, you can collect all orders from the European Amazon marketplaces at the same time. In the plugin settings, specify which marketplaces should be picked up.
What do I need the "External order management" plugin for? All external orders are imported into the external order management. After they have been imported there, they are generated in a Shopware order and can be processed as usual. All external orders are always imported, even if the customer e.g. has not completely filled in his address data. You then have the option to correct them and convert them into a Shopware order.
Are orders imported even if they contain items that are not in the shop? Yes, these orders, just like all other orders, are imported and converted into a Shopware order. The plugin takes over all data it receives from Amazon (e.g. prices, quantity, article names, etc.). In this case, the inventory in the shop is not compared.
Is it difficult to connect Amazon to Shopware? No. Our manual contains all the information you need to know to set up and use the plugin. A step-by-step guide describes how to get the respective access data or where you can apply for them. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or do not know any further.
Are cancellations or returns deducted? No, if a specific one is heard in the backend, it is no longer filled. If these are subsequently canceled by Amazon or by the customer, the rights in the backend must be manual. The same goes gold if you cancel or return the rights in the backend. This information does not become Amazon Amazon and must be deposited with Amazon. It is a comparison of the shipping status and the Amazon.

Wir arbeiten mit diesem Plugin schon sehr lange. Zusätzlich haben wir von Coolbax noch weiter laufen.
Der Import ist problemlos. Alles funktioniert super. Und wenn mal etwas war, wurde es schneller behoben als wir gucken konnten. Wir sind wirklich begeistert. Ob es das Amazon Plugin ist oder auch die anderen wie Ebay, Lagerbestandsabgleiche für Amazon Ebay, Ebay Produktexport....... Hier kauft man etwas was wirklich funktioniert und sich perfekt in das Backend integriert.

Top Plugin für Amazon Bestellungen

Das Plugin macht genau, was es soll. Es werden alle Bestellungen automatisch oder manuell von Amazon importiert, man kann sie im System bearbeiten und in eine reguläre Bestellung überführen.
Im Anschluss erfolgt die Rückmeldung an Amazon mit den Sendungsdaten und dem Upload der Rechnung.
Das funktioniert alles hervorragend und alle Schritte sind jederzeit nachvollziehbar.

Wir mussten auch zu Beginn den Support zu Rate ziehen und hatten mehrmals Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern. Es wurde uns immer sehr schnell und kompetent geholfen, das war richtig gut und man hat ein sehr gutes Gefühl.

Aus unserer Sicht ganz klare Empfehlung für das Plugin und den Support!

Nach kurzer Einarbeitung und kleinen Startschwierigkeiten, die durch unseren Provider verursacht wurden, sind wir nach wie vor total platt von der super Performance die dieses Plugin bietet.
In Verbindung mit dem Amazon Lagerbestandsabgleich ist es unschlagbar, da wir nun Aufträge ausschließlich im ersten Reiter der der Bestellübersicht abschließen können.
(in Verbindung mit der automatischen Rechnungserstellung von "Golle It" sowie dem Hermes Paketversand Adapter von "Codeenterprise")

Man hat immer die volle Kontrolle über alle Shopbestellungen und durch die direkte Lagerbestandsanbindung via Amazon API vermeidet man Überverkäufe, die zu schlechten Amazon Ratings führen könnten.

Eine sortierbare Zusatz Spalte mit dem jeweiligen Marktplatzicon hilft zusätzlich bei der Übersicht.

Wir sind überglücklich, dass wir zusammen mit den anderen genannten Plugins die Büro Bearbeitungszeit eines Auftrags auf gut 1/3 senken konnten und wünschen dem Team von Coolbax weiterhin viel erfolg!

tolle Arbeitserleichterung, funktioniert tadellos

Für alle eine tolle Erweiterung, die mit Amazon-Verkäufen zu tun haben.
Seit der Installation spare ich viel Zeit.
Der Support ist vorbildlich. Vielen Dank!
Die Bestellungen werden ohne Probleme im Shopwareshop generiert.
Die größte Erleichterung für mich ist, das ich die Rechnungen nun gleich ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand aus Shopware erstellen kann.
Noch ein kleiner Hinweis:
Leider gibt es ein kleines Problem, das aus Amazon keine Anrede geliefert wird und in Shopware dann standardmäßig "Herr" eingetragen wird. Aber da kann das Plugin nichts dafür. gutWuerzen

Zuverlässig werden unsere Bestellungen in regelmäßigen Abständen automatisch eingelesen und der Bestellstatus upgedatet. Muss es allerdings mal schnell gehen, ist das manuelle importieren und abgleichen mittels Knopfdruck möglich. Wir empfinden es als sehr hilfreich, das man mittels der gespeicherten externen Bestellnummern die Bestellungen auch im Bestellmodul von Shopware finden können. Bei Unklarheiten hilft das Team von CoolBax schnell weiter.

Rückblickend könne wir uns gar nicht mehr vorstellen ohne diese Shopware Erweiterung zu arbeiten. Für einen günstigen Preis bekommt man eine super Plug-In. Das allerbeste ist aber der Support. Einfach, schnell und sehr kompetent. Wir von navitracks empfehlen diese Plug-In für Shopware uneingeschränkt weiter.
