Installation manual

1. Register at www.123.chat> log in> click Videochat on Website "free trial"> click "settings"> "via Shopware plugin"> copy User-ID

2. Install and activate 123.chat plugin in ShopwareBackend and insert and save User-ID

3. If necessary, empty template cache and compile theme

4. Click on "Live Chat" in 123.chat backend > test camera and sound (button on the right-hand side) - let's go!


Browser window can be minimized - when user requests a contact, signaltone and message window appear!
