With this extension, your customers can submit categorized support requests around the clock, which can be answered in the administration in a chat history between customer and employee. The status, which is automatically and dynamically adjusted, also ensures that tickets are answered efficiently. At the end of the chat conversation the customer also has the possibility to rate the ticket. Among other useful settings, you can, for example, enable or disable replying to a ticket that has already been closed.

Say no to unorganized support e-mails and benefit with this ticket system from a simple, efficient and intuitive support way.

Das Plugin funktioniert einwandfrei und ist eine tolle Erleichterung für den Support! Absolut und ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen!

- Zeitliche Anzeige bis wann das Ticket beantwortet wird (analog zu den Shopware Tickets)


Installation manual

You have decided to use our plugin? Thanks a lot! Now only the simple installation follows.

Download the plugin from the store

Log into your Shopware 6 administration area and navigate to Settings > System > Plugins

Click on the "Upload Plugin" button and select the downloaded extension

Use the menu next to the extension to install it and the button to activate it 

Create your first category under Contents > Ticketsystem

The plugin is now active and the functions are usable!
