Shopware 6: Plugin status
Thanks to this plugin you can add a new order status in the backend: return. With this you can quickly and easy mark the orders, which for various reasons weren't accepted and were snt back to you. This saves you a lot of effort and makes managing the orders easier.
How does it workWhen a customer has ordered in your online store and wants to send the product back or when the package from the shipping company couldn't be successfully delivered to the recipient, then the order comes back to the shop owner. In order to manage those orders easier, in the backend you can set the order status to "retour". This way all the employees of your online store will be able to immediately recognise, which orders have been sent back. This also means a simplification of customer support, because the customers will be faster informed by phone or e-mail about the current status of the return.

If a modified template is used an individual adjustment is required. The plug-in supports the standard template from Shopware. This plugin is compatible with Conexco's Responsive Template.

Ein sehr gutes Plugin
Nach der Installation hat das Plugin sofort funktioniert. Alles ohne Probleme auch bei Version 5.1. Es ist ein einfaches und nützliches Plugin welches mir die Backend Verwaltung sehr vereinfacht hat. Ich kann dieses Plugin sicher weiter empfehlen!
