Commissions / partner program for customers (customers recruit customers)

Turn your customers into valuable advertising partners!

This plugin extends the Shopware affiliate program so that your customers can register themselves and advertise for a commission for you with friends, in forums etc. To do this, your customers can register for the affiliate program in their customer account. Afterwards they have the possibility to generate links containing their partner code. Orders that are generated via this partner code appear in the customer's statistics. Depending on the settings, a commission is then calculated. Your customers can redeem this commission directly as a voucher and use this voucher to make purchases in your shop. Alternatively you can activate payouts in the plugin configuration.

Who else is going to recommend the competition when they can easily get a commission from you? Do you possibly even have a large community that is active in forums, for example? The members of this community will specifically link to your shop and make a purchase recommendation. There is no better advertising!

Own links (incl. own partner code) can either be generated in the customer account under "commissions" - or by clicking on "partner link" at the top right in the shop next to the breadcrumb bar. After clicking on this button a modal window will be displayed, showing the current link (e.g. current item or category) with your own partner code. The link from there can easily be copied and distributed.

You can also assign a voucher code to a partner in the backend or automatically generate a voucher for each partner (see plugin configuration). Your partner can then use this voucher - e.g. 10 % discount - to attract and attract further customers. Every customer who uses this voucher will be automatically assigned to the partner.

You have various options for configuration:

• activate the partner program only per subshop
• type of remuneration: by voucher or by payment
• activate the partner program only for certain customer groups (e.g. only end customers)
• what is the minimum turnover a customer must have made in order to participate?
• how high is the percentage commission?
• which orders count towards the commission? age (in days), status and customer group of the order

The commission is always calculated based on the net sales prices - without shipping costs.

The plugin uses the standard Shopware partner program as a basis. So you can not only see at any time which customers advertise for you or how high the sales are - but you can also, for example, increase the commission or the validity period of the cookie (standard 4 weeks) for particularly successful advertisers.

You can define in the plugin configuration how you want to reward your customers. Either your customers can generate and redeem vouchers themselves - or they can request a payout, which you have to transfer manually. You specify which vouchers are available or how much payout can be requested. This way you can independently create up to five scales - e.g. 10,- Euro, 50,- Euro etc.

If you choose vouchers as the type of remuneration, your customers can generate and redeem vouchers themselves. You do not have any additional expenses! You can also define all the rules for the vouchers - e.g. limitation to shop, manufacturer, etc.

Payment of the commission is particularly useful in the B2B sector. Your customers can easily request payouts with the same scale. In addition, your customers also enter their bank account details. Vouchers are still generated in the background when requesting payouts - but these are not displayed. In order to carry out the payout, you must go through the individual voucher codes in the backend at regular intervals and transfer any unredeemed vouchers to the stored customer. After the transfer you simply mark the voucher as "redeemed".

Default approach

• your advertiser can register himself at the partner program in his customer account
• the plugin creates an entry for this advertiser in the standard Shopware affiliate program
• this entry is maintained with the commission (e.g. 5%) set in the plugin configuration
• if you would like to change the commission for this advertiser, you can do this directly in the affiliate program individually per advertiser
• your advertiser can now generate partner links and distribute them to his friends, on Facebook etc.
• he can view his commission at any time and exchange it for vouchers or request a payout

Instructions

• install the plugin
• define up to 5 individual vouchers per type of remuneration (as voucher, as payout)
• please make sure that the trigger is defined as "Absolute" and the mode is set to "Individual"
• voucher codes are automatically generated by the plugin and do not need to be created
• Please enter the order numbers of the vouchers in the plugin configuration
• define valid customer groups for advertisers in the plugin configuration
• define valid orders for referred customers in the plugin configuration
• the age of the order indicates the days since the order was placed - and not since the shipment. So make sure you have a sufficiently large buffer (e.g. because of returns)
• you can now create a shopping world for a customer stream (e.g. at least 100,- Euro turnover) on the start page and advertise for the partner program
