You want to increase your conversion with Idealo? No problem! With the help of coupon codes you can attract more attention and reduce your price. You can also advertise promotions that use coupon codes on Idealo.

This is how it works:

Create coupon code in ShopwarePass coupon code in plugin configurationDefine for which articles or manufacturers or for which category the coupon code should be applied

A new feed will be created among the product exports which you have to send to Idealo(tam@idealo) once. All further changes are automatically recognized by Idealo. The voucher must be defined with a start and end date and will only be issued to Idealo during this period.

Funktioniert super. Habe die Gutscheinfunktion vorher nie genutzt.
Direkt beim ersten Einsatz wurde auch schon ein Kauf mit Einlösung vom Gutschein generiert.

Wir haben es tatsächlich immer manuell gemacht und den Feed angepasst. War jedes mal Mühselig und wir mussten dem Idealo Support immer mitteilen worauf sich der Gutschein beschränkt. Danke für das Plugin mit welchen wir nur noch unseren Hersteller und den Gutscheincode übergeben müssen, der Rest läuft vollautomatisiert. Super einfach und tut genau das was es soll!

Configuration manual

After installing the plugin you have to activate it.
A new Idealo feed will be created in the product exports which you have to adjust:Under Other filters you should change the stock >= to 1 so that no items that are not in stock are exported to Idealo.

Go through all the filters.

ATTENTION: Your current ideal feed will not be overwritten, a new one will be created so that your settings are not lost. Define your entire filter for the new feed before sending it to Idealo by email.

IMPORTANT:

Create Coupon Code: Since the order number in the feed is used as the code, it must match the code: Order number = Code!
In addition, the date From - To must be deposited.

-> The voucher code must be stored in the plugin configuration.

1. If settings were made in the plugin, the cache must be deleted afterwards.

2. in the feed from the store must be deposited the correct store. Otherwise, the settings are taken from the main store, because this is stored in the default of the feed. This is important when using subshops.

3. When testing, the cache time / method of the feed should be set to "live". This setting can also be kept so that the feed is regenerated with each call.
