Thanks to the FAQ Manager plugin you will not only gather the most important customer's questions and answers in one place, but also arrange them into intuitive categories that will allow you to instantly find specific information using the search engine. Customer's questions and answers are available to the client 24/7.

FAQ Manager can be customized to suit your needs while being extremely intuitive. With its help, you won't only add questions and answers, but also group them into categories. Searching the words contained in the questions and answers allows you to quickly reach the desired content. Using the contact form, you can send a query that has not yet appeared in the FAQ list. In the answers, it is possible to add files (for example, graphics).

What's more, the plugin is adapted to optimize SEO. In the administration panel there is a window for placing tags and a description meta. The preparation of SEO content is more efficient and positioning is more effective.

The graphic design of the FAQ Manager adapts to the store, creating a coherent and uniform whole. Moving between individual sides, the customer will not notice the difference - all are kept in the same aesthetics.

How does it work?

After installing the plugin you will find it after logging into the administrative panel in the Marketing / JKB FAQ. FAQ Manager has two modes - basic and advance. The first allows you to display the whole list of questions and answers in created categories on the website. Choosing the advanced option causes that on the left side you will see a column with specific groups or pages (optional) and a search engine.

Grouping primarily systematizes the added content. You do not have to search dozens of pages, looking for specific information, but only look at the category that interests you. What's more, the question can appear in several categories at the same time. In the administration panel just select (using the Ctrl key or dragging the mouse) several groups. You can mark the order in which individual questions and answers are displayed.

A contact form is a useful solution. If the website visitor does not find the messages that interest him/her, he or she can send a specific question to the customer service department.
