Offers matching the order
With aftersale campaigns, you can use "Post Purchase Upsell" on the thank you page to send your customers additional offers that match the current order.
Usually a customer leaves the shop after making a purchase. Increase sales by up to 8% with suitable offers by submitting a time-limited offer for corresponding additional products immediately after the purchase.

Examples
  • In a flower shop, after buying an ornamental plant, you could display suitable potting soil and fertilizer as a special offer on the thank you page.
  • In a delicatessen shop, after buying cheese and sausage, you could display the right wines as an offer on the thank you page.
  • You have a sale product, like a mask. You could display these on the thank you page after purchasing any shop product.

Installation manual

Please install the extension as described in the instructions.


After installation and activation, the extension must be configured.

Configuration

  • Activate plugin

  • Exclude vouchers

  • Don't show products from order as upsell

  • New aftersale after every order


Create Aftersale campaign


To create a new aftersale campaign, proceed as follows:

1) Create at 2 dynamic product groups. You can find them under "Catalogs -> Dynamic Product Groups". In the first dynamic product group, you define the display products. These are products that later trigger special offers when they are purchased.
In the second dynamic product group, you create the upselling products. These are the products that will appear later as an offer.

2) You can now create a new aftersale campaign under "Marketing -> After Sale". The following setting options are available:
- Name: Enter a name for your aftersale campaign. This is only visible in the admin.
- Active: The action can be switched active or inactive.
- Sales channel: Select the sales channel for which the campaign should apply.
- Valid from: Start date of the campaign
- Valid until: End date of the campaign
- Trigger products: Select a product group for which the aftersale campaign should be displayed when purchasing a product
- Upselling products: Select a product group from which products on offer should be selected
- Price: Select whether the offers of an upselling campaign should be reduced
- Discount in %: Give a discount.
- Name of discount in basket: Name the position of the discount in the shopping cart.
- Available in seconds: How many seconds should the action be valid after calling the thank you page?
- Title: Assign a title text for the campaign that should appear on the thank you page
- Description: Assign a description of the campaign that should appear on the thank you page
- Max number of products: Define the number of products that should be teased on the thank you page
- Show countdown overlay: Do you want a countdown overlay to appear on the thank you page?
- Overlay title: The title of the countdown overlay.
- Overlay description: A descriptive text that is displayed in the countdown overlay.
- Show countdown banner: Choose whether a countdown banner should be displayed in the header or footer of the page. This is not shown on the thank you page, but on everyone else.
- Is sticky: Should the banner sticky scroll along?
- Banner text: Define a text to be displayed in the banner.
- Show product badge: Should a badge be displayed for all products on offer?
- Badge text: Assign a badge text

Statistic

Select an existing campaign under "Marketing -> After Sale" and then switch to the "Statistics" tab.
There you can see how often the campaign has been viewed and ordered. The conversion factor is calculated from this.

You will also find a list of all products in this promotion, including the sales that have taken place.
