Improved support for DHL Packstationen
Allow your customers to conveniently deliver the parcels directly to a desired DHL "Packstation", post office or a parcel shop.
Pickup time frame for express deliveries
For express deliveries with appropriate pickup at your desired location, you can use the shipcloud connector to enter a desired time slot for pickup, which is then forwarded to the shipping service provider.
The returns portal of shipcloud
This will allow your customers to easily create a return label themselves - when they need it. Simply send your personal link of the returns portal in your shop design to your customer. On request or as a note in your order confirmation. Your customer only has to enter his sender address, select the shipping service provider, print the PDF and can then return the package with the parcel service of his choice. Wenns nicht passt, wirds passend gemacht
Haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit diesem Plugin von Shipcloud. Da wir Pickware nutzen, dient es uns hauptsächlich zur Verbesserung der automatische Sendungsverfolgung von DHL, DPD etc. Externe Paketnummern werden ebenfalls unterstützt und können einfach abgebildet werden. Und sollte etwas klemmen, greift hier ein Super-Support-Team und es wird sich um eine schnelle Lösung gekümmert. Wir freuen uns auf eine weitere Zusammenarbeit in Shopware 6! Außerdem ist es nie schlecht alternative Versandmöglichkeiten zu haben, die man auch ohne eigenen Vertrag mit einem Dienstleister nutzen kann.

Uns hat keine Support-Anfrage erreicht. Der genannte Button ist uns aktuell nicht bekannt.

Eigentlich steht ja schon Alles in der Überschrift.
Selten so positiv überrascht worden. Selbst problemlos installiert, bei shopcloud registriert und es konnte losgehen. Die Fragen die ich hatte wurden umgehend zufriedenstellend beantwortet sowohl am Telefon als auch per Mail.
Für mich eine sehr gut, durchdachte und sinnvolle Lösung für die Versandabwicklung.
Super einfach
Klasse Plugin. Man hat alle Logistiker direkt zur Hand.
Auch der eigene Vertrag ist kein Problem.
Ist ein echter Mehrwert. Klare Empfehlung!

Option von dem Plug-In kann teuer werden // Support antwortet nicht mehr
Die neue Shipcloud Version hat leider einen Bug. Wird die Bestellstatus aktualisieren abgewählt, wird dieser trotzdem geändert.
Support wurde informiert, jedoch gab es nur eine E-Mail zurück ohne Problemhilfe. Eine erneute E-Mail blieb bis heute einfach unbeantwortet.
Ich hatte damals noch Geld für das Plug-In bezahlt, leider ist der Support mittlerweile unterirdisch!
Die Option „Adresse automatisch Trennen“ ist in Verbindung mit DHL sehr gefährlich & kann teuer werden. Ist diese Option auf Nein gestellt, erkennt DHL fast jede Adresse als nicht korrekt an. Dies hat zur Folge, dass ein Entgeld für die Nachcodierung berechnet wird.
Ein Hinweis im Plug-In fehlt leider, dass diese Option Mehrkosten verursachen könnte. Ich hatte dies nun leider und möchte gerne andere davor bewahren die Option zu deaktivieren.
Ansonsten ist das Plug-In nach wie vor super!

die Adress-Trennung wurde mitlerweile verbessert, um Zusatzkosten bzgl. Leitcodierung zu vermeiden. Ein Bug bzgl. der Bestellstatus-Aktualisierung ist uns aktuell nicht bekannt. Bittte senden Sie uns doch eine Anfrage, mit dem Sachverhalt über support@shipcloud.io. Wir schauen uns den Vorgang dann schnellstmöglich an und werden ggf. ein Update bereitstellen.
Warum ist da vorher keiner drauf gekommen?
Das Plug-In zusammen mit Shipcloud ist der Hammer. Endlich die Versandkosten im Griff und keine manuelle Erstellung von Versandetiketten mehr. Gute Arbeit Jungs!
