The extension provides you with a many ways on how to sort your product listing. Use name ordering, show newest products first or push out-of-stock items to the bottom of the listing.


Important! All changes in the article list in administration area are automatically saved and are immediately visible on the frontend (the cache should be cleared)!

Wichtiges Plugin!

Nachdem alle Fehler behoben wurden, möchte ich meine Bewertung anpassen.
Für uns ist der Visual Merchandiser eines der wichtigsten Plugins, da wir ein Fachversand mit sehr großem Sortiment sind und unsere Kunden auf die wichtigen Produkte lenken müssen.
Man kann die Produkte ganz einfach auf den gewünschten Platz ziehen und hat im Frontend eine perfekte Sortierung.
Was sich Shopware bei der Programmierung der Sortierfunktion gedacht hat erschließt sich mir nicht. In SW5 war das ganz einfach gelöst - in SW6 ein totales Desaster (wie bei so vielen Dingen in SW6)!
Der Support reagiert sehr schnell und hilft sehr gut.
Ich kann das Plugin unbedingt empfehlen.

Mehrfach gravierende Probleme gehabt

Zuerst das Positive: Das Plugin ist optisch besser als andere Plugins auf dem Markt und wenn es ein Problem gibt, reagiert der Support schnell und reicht in angemessener Zeit ein Update ein.

Jedoch: Es gab bisher mehrfach gravierende Probleme mit dem Plugin, die nicht hätten auftreten dürfen. Dazu gehört, dass es Datenverluste bei einem Produkt-Import über die API gab, und dass der Suchbegriff aus der Produkt-Suche gelöscht wurde und jeder Suchbegriff das gleiche Ergebnis bringt. Wir konnten dieses Plugin als Ursache identifizieren. Unannehmlichkeiten waren Performanz- und Anzeige-Probleme in der Administration. Unschön, aber man kann damit über einen Zeitraum leben. Zwar hat der Support schnell reagiert und auch Updates veröffentlicht, solche Probleme sind dennoch sehr ärgerlich für uns und unsere Kunden.

Fazit: Sofern das Plugin in einen Kleinunternehmer-Shop integriert wird, was nicht über eine API kommuniziert und kein ElasticSearch nutzt, ist dieses Plugin ok. Für mittelständige Unternehmen sollten andere Plugins oder eine eigene Implementierung evaluiert werden.

Funktionalität gut umgesetzt und perfekter Support

Wir haben schon immer die Möglichkeit gesucht, die Reihenfolge der Produkte sinnvoll festzulegen, wie in einem anderen Shopsystem problemlos möglich. Das Plugin macht es durch den visuellen Ansatz noch viel einfacher. Danke auch für den Support, der die Anpassung eines Problems bei uns sehr schnell umgesetzt hat.
