This plugin integrates a live chat by Jivochat, which your customers can use to contact you directly. You can send your customers proactive messages.
Communicate with your customers in real time and thereby provide the best possible customer service. Be present to your customers and their requirements, increase the client satisfaction and improve the purchase experience.
The plugin automatically recognizes logged-in customers by their name and email address. Use this to address your customers by their name and make them feel memorable and special as your clients.
To use the JivoChat software, you need a basic license from JivoChat.
Install the plugin in the plugin manager, copy your widget-id from your Jivochat account and insert it in the plugin at - that’s it. Now you can start chatting with your customers.

To install the plugin use the plugin manager of your Shopware shop. After that, add the <Jivochat Widget ID> in the configuration of the plugin and empty the shop cache.
Your personal <Jivochat Widget ID> can be found in your Jivochat account using the link <channels> <settings> <installation>. Your code is displayed within the tag: data-jv-id="WIDGET-ID".
If there’s no channel existent yet, please establish one. To do so, click on <+ Add channels> in the upper right corner and choose “Live Chat for Website”. Next, insert the url of your shop, choose the language for the chats’ interface and click on <Add website>.
