Description
Now track your customers who didn't complete the checkout and notify them via. email. The admin can view the list of all the customers who left the shopping cart after adding the products. Select the sales channel, send an automated email notification, define cart abandoned time, set custom subject line and email message with keywords.

Shopware provides two ways to install the plugin to the server.
- Using Command
- Manual installation
Installation Using Commands
Customers will get a zip folder, then they have to extract the contents of this zip folder on their system. The customer has Copy the folder WebkulAbandonedCart to custom/plugins directory of Shopware6.
1) Now open the Shopware 6 application in the Terminal
Run this command to refresh the plugin –
./bin/console plugin:refresh
2) Go to your Shopware installation Root directory and run this command to install then activate the plugin –
./bin/console plugin:install --activate WebkulAbandonedCart
3) To clear the cache run this command –
./bin/console c:c
4) Next, Installing the assets(CSS/JS)
./bin/console assets:install
To check the Shopware 6 Abandoned Cart, configure the plugin, and get the list of customers in the Abandoned Cart.
Manual Installation
- Upload the zip file of the plugin.
- Go to your Shopware6 installation backend panel then navigate to Setting -> System -> Plugins after that, you can find all the installed plugin in it.
3) Click on the Plugin. For installing the plugin, the user can click on the Upload Plugin button. The user can upload the plugin zip(WebkulAbandonedCart) here.
4) Further, in the newly added plugin, two actions can be performed which are: Install and Delete. The admin will install the plugin by clicking on the Install option in the dropdown.
After installation, you have to click on the activate button.
