Installation of the plugin
Log in to the Plugin Manager Account. If you are installing the plugin for the first time, search for “zenloop Customer Feedback” and install the plugin. Otherwise if you are editing the settings, go to Settings -> Plugin Manager -> Installed
Install the plugin and enter the API key. The page has to be saved and refreshed before the user can select surveys and edit other settings.

Survey: Select a survey previously created in Zenloop
After Order Surveys: Should surveys be sent out after the order?
Hours After Order: Number of hours that must have passed since the order status is set (as in the Order Status field below) before the survey is triggered
