Dieses Plugin kann ich ohne Bedenken empfehlen. Die Installation war wie bei Showware-Plugins üblich problemlos. Die Einrichtung war durch die gute Dokumentation des Plugins schnell abgeschlossen und das Plugin funktioniert seitdem fehlerfrei.
Updates erscheinen regelmäßig um Sicherheit zu gewähren und die Funktionen zu verbessern.

Das Plugin war schnell und einfach installiert und läuft reibungslos. Selbst in der kostenlosen Version von Userlike haben wir ein nützliches Tool zum Kundenservice. Technische Anfragen wurden schnell und kompetent vom Anbieter bearbeitet.

Sehr elegante Integration, innerhalb von 5 Minuten installiert und innerhalb von kürzester Zeit auch designtechnisch in das bestehende Design integrierbar. Kein Konfigurations- oder Template-Gefummel, tiptop.

Ich nutze das Plugin und bin mit den Funktionen und der Bedienung total zufrieden. Super finde ich das man per E-Mail über neueste Updates informiert wird. Ich finde die Userlike Site im Dashboard noch etwas unübersichtlich, aber da fuchs ich mich noch rein. Macht weiter so..

Die Installation des Plugins lief reibungslos, ebenso die Einrichtung des Userlike Accounts, Kompliment! Wir hatten anfangs Darstellungsprobleme mit dem Widget in IE8. Dies wurde vom Support zeitnah und sehr effizient gelöst. Nun läuft es in allen Browsern stabil, sieht gut aus und ist für den Shop Besucher ein toller Service! Prädikat: Sehr empfehlenswert!
