Agents Chat Apps for Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android and in the Browser.

The color and language of the widget can be customized in the tawk.to backend (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch and many more).

Create a separate Tawk Widget for every Subshop and show the Widget in different languages and appearance.

Haben dieses Plugin ausgiebig getestet, bevor wir es in unserem Shop eingesetzt haben und es funktioniert ohne Probleme.

Auch die Einrichtung bei Tawk.to hat ohne Probleme geklappt :-)

Tut was es soll, habe vorher einige andere probiert und muss sagen, hier läuft es am besten. Auch die Android-App funktioniert toll, lediglich die Konfiguration ist nicht ganz so verständlich in ein paar Punkten aber mit dem TOLLEN Support konnte das Problem schnell gelöst werden!
Schön wäre es wenn bei einer Kaufversion "Powered by tawk.to" weg wäre, und nicht nochmals Geld dafür verlangt wird!

Leichte Installation, Plugin funktioniert einwandfrei! Top Service! Wegen einem von mir verschuldeten Bedienfehler musste ich den Support kontaktieren, der sofort reagierte und half! So wünsch ich mir das! Vielen Dank!

Configuration manual

Create a free account at www.tawk.to
Click on the Cogwheel in the bottom left corner (Administration)
To create a new Property (Widget inline) click on "+Add", then under "Chat Widget" copy the "Direct Chat Link"
If you already created a Property and Widget (Inline), you can find the "Direct Chat Link" under "Chat Widget"
Paste the "Direct Chat Link" in the Plugin Settings (Direct Chat Link)

If the plugin is not shown or do you have other problems, please clean the cache and compile the theme (illustrated manual).
