Description of the plugin
With the plugin "automatic e-mailing of documents (order confirmation / status change)" you can automatically sent selected documents to the customer in a separate email when the order is placed by the customer or when the status has changed. New email templates will be generated for the content of the sent emails ("Configuration" -> "Email templates" -> "User emails" -> "sINVOICEMAIL", "sDELIVERYNOTEMAIL" and "sADDITIONALDOCUMENTSMAIL ") for which variables from the sORDER email template (order confirmation email) are available.
For example, the plugin can cover the following cases (the corresponding configuration can be found in the instructions for the plugin https://shopwaredemo.digitalwert.de/media/pdf/dd/21/24/Guide_AutomaticEmailingDocuments.pdf):
- the sending of documents by email (at the time of ordering or the changing of the status), which are deposited in an article
- generating the invoice document and / or sending the invoice document by email (at the time of ordering or the changing of the status)
- generating the delivery document and / or sending the delivery document by email (at the time of ordering or the changing of the status)
- sending the emails for the invoice and the delivery note even without an invoice or delivery document, for example, to automatically send an email with a custom content at the time of ordering or the changing of the status (the email templates can be customized as desired)
- sending the emails with the documents only to the customer and not to the shop owner
- if required, restricting the email sending to individual dispatch methods, payment methods and customer groups
Only the status change via the batch processing, via the individual processing in the list view and in the detail view of the order and via the REST-API of shopware is taken into account.
With the cronjob "Send emails with documents" you have the possibility, for example, for orders that are imported from third-party systems such as Magnalister / ebay in shopware directly into the database, also generate and send the documents.
The documents can either be deposited via a multiple media selection for each article, so that they are sent as an mail attachment when ordering one of these articles or the pdf documents can be automatically generated and sending by shopware (invoice, delivery note).
By the media selection of a pdf document for an article, shopware does not generate a preview image for the pdf document for the shopware backend (however, if you move the mouse over it you will get the name of the pdf document), but the document will still be correct attached as an attachment. So the using of pdf documents is not a problem.
Within the plugin configuration, the maximum number of documents for the email can be specified. Likewise, within the plugin configuration, the email sending can be limited to individual dispatch methods, payment methods and customer groups.
Within the plugin configuration, the template of the invoice document and the delivery document can also be selected if, for example, they are not the standard templates from shopware. Likewise, multiple additional email addresses (CC, BCC), separated by comma, can be entered there, for example, to build a document archive.
Informations about the plugin

(4). Compatible themes: this plugin is compatible with the Responsive theme from shopware and themes derived from it. When using a third party theme, which was purchased through the shopware store, the proper use of the plugin can not be guaranteed as with any other shopware plugin.
(5). Unencrypted: the plugin is provided completely open source, so you do not need the license manager from shopware and it can therefore be used without problems without the iOnCube Loader.
(6). Plugin "PayPal PLUS" and "Kauf auf Rechnung": Since PayPal PLUS transfers data later to the document on "purchase on invoice", we recommend in this case that the automatic generation of the documents is not carried out until the status has changed (and not at the time of the order), so that the data can always be transferred to the documents.
(7). Consideration of orders that have no available dispatch or payment method: when creating documents and sending documents, orders that have no available dispatch or payment method (the disptach or payment method is 0) are also taken into account. Insofar as these types of orders should not be generated by the system, you can do this under "Configuration" -> "Basic settings" -> "Frontend" -> "Shipping costs module" by selecting "Yes" at "Block order with no available shipping type ".

Einfach ein super Modul und arbeitet einwandfrei
Das Modul arbeitet so wie es beschrieben ist. Man muss sich ein wenig in die Funktionalität hineinlesen, da es wirklich sehr viele Optionen für jeden Bedarf bietet. Der Support ist zudem Spitzenklasse. Sofortige Unterstützung und Fehleranalyse.

Plugin erleichtert vieles, super Support
Das Plugin tut genau was es soll und erleichtert damit viel Arbeit im Shop. Bei der Konfiguration ist leider nicht immer perfekt verständlich was die Felder am Ende genau bedeuten. Ein mal richtig eingerichtet, funktioniert alles hervorragend. Der Support hat sich als sehr geduldig und äußerst kompetent und hilfreich erwiesen.
Gutes Plugin mit Verbesserungspotential bei der Bedienung
Das Plugin macht genau was es soll und erleichtert uns dadurch das Dokumentenmanagement von Shopware erheblich. Alle angepriesenen Funktionen werden durch das Plugin vollumfänglich abgedeckt.
Verbesserungspotential gibt es allerdings bei Einstellungsmöglichkeiten und Dokumentation, hier waren einige Punkte nicht selbsterklärend und wir haben zunächst einiges fehlerhaft konfiguriert. Der gute Support konnte die Probleme und Missverständnisse aber schnell lösen.

When you reinstall the plugin please note: when you reinstall a plugin, all previous values of the fields in the plugin configuration and above all the values of the free-text fields are automatically deleted.
