Description of the plugin

With the plugin "Customizing the shopware frontend (logo, background, color, sidebar, SEO texts for each category, etc.)" you can customize the shopware frontend.

Within the plugin configuration the following settings can be made:

• the choice of whether an individual background image for the entire shop and / or for each category should be set
• the definition of an individual background image for the entire shop
• the definition of further background properties, for example "no-repeat fixed 0 0"
• the definition of the background position, for example "center center"
• the choice of whether an individual background color for the entire shop and / or for each category should be set
• the definition of an individual background color for the entire shop
• the choice of whether the left sidebar should be displayed on the start page
• the choice of whether the left sidebar should be displayed on the blog page
• the choice of whether the left sidebar should be hidden in the category listing in general or individual for each category
• the choice of whether the left sidebar should be hidden on the product detail page in general or individual for each product
• the selection of whether the active category including its subcategories should be displayed above the category listings
• the choice of whether an icon should be displayed for the category in the presence of subcategories
• the choice of whether the banners should be hidden in the category listing in general or individual for each category
• the choice of whether the category headline / header should be hidden in the category listing in general or individual for each category
• the choice of whether the category description should be hidden in the category listing in general or individual for each category
• the choice of whether the topseller slider should be hidden in the category listing in general or individual for each category
• the choice of whether a text should be displayed above the header / at the top of the page (for example for a holiday message)
• the choice of whether an icon should be displayed in front of the text above the header / at the top of the page
• the choices of the type of the text above the header / at the top of the page, such as a success message, an error message, a note or a warning
• the choice of whether the text should be displayed over the entire width of the shop
• the choice of whether to use a transparent background or a self-defined background color at the full size of the text

When displaying the active category above the category listing, you can either farther display the active category and its subcategories in the category listing, show only the active main category, but hide its subcategories, hide the main active category including its subcategories or hide the category listing below the active category completely.

The text above the header / at the top of page can be customized according to your own wishes via the snippet CustomizingshopwarefrontendGlobalCustomTxt (and thus, for example, could be different for each category or article if this is necessary).

The following settings can be made for each category:

• the choice of an individual logo for the smartphone as well as for the tablet portrait, tablet landscape and desktop view
• the definition of an individual link for the logo
• the choice of an individual background image
• the definition of further background properties
• the choice of the background position
• the definition of an individual background color
• the choice of whether the left sidebar should be hidden
• the choice of whether the banner should be hidden
• the choice of whether the category headline / header should be hidden
• the choice of whether the category description should be hidden
• the choice of whether the active category including its subcategories should be displayed above the category listing
• the definition of an SEO text for the category listing and / or the left sidebar

Informations about the plugin

(1). Developed according to the new plugin system from shopware 5.2.

(2). Compatible with PHP 7.

(3). Test for 30 days without obligation: with the trial version you can use the plugin for 30 days free of charge and in full directly in your shop.

(4). Compatible themes: this plugin is compatible with the Responsive theme from shopware and themes derived from it. When using a third party theme, which was purchased through the shopware store, the proper use of the plugin can not be guaranteed as with any other shopware plugin. 

(5). Subshop compatiblity: the plugin supports subshops and can be activated per subshop.

(6). Unencrypted: the plugin is provided completely open source, so you do not need the license manager from shopware and it can therefore be used without problems without the iOnCube Loader.

(7). Multilingualism: the individual texts can be customized within the snippets modules according to your own wishes.

(8). Own shopware blocks: the plugin provides its own shopware blocks so you be able to adapt or extend the plugin update safe in your own theme.
