Description of the plugin

The plugin "Transfer selected article informations such as the order number to the e-mail of the shopware forms" transfers selected article information such as the order number, the article name, the supplier or the article URL to the e-mail of the shopware forms. Therefore the plugin adds more fields to each form ("Content" -> "Forms" -> select a form -> tab "Fields"). For those forms that have no request function (for example the contact form), you can easily remove these fields using the corresponding button.

For the article information to be displayed in the e-mail of the form, you only have to add the corresponding variables listed below to the subject or the e-mail template ("Content" -> "Forms" -> select a form -> tab "Basic information" -> text field "Email template").

Through this article information you can now directly see in the e-mail, which is sent via the request form, which article and supplier the request belongs and you can also switch directly from the e-mail to the article.

Furthermore, you have the option of having this data also displayed in the forms in the frontend of the shop or to prevent entry in the fields, if you want display them in the frontend of the shop.

The following article information are currently in the e-mail of the shopware forms in the subject and in the e-mail template ("Content" -> "Forms" -> select a form -> tab "Basic information" -> text field "Email template") available:

• order number: variable {sVars.digi1articleordernumber}
• article name: variable {sVars.digi1articlename}
• supplier: variable {sVars.digi1articlesupplier}
• article URL: variable {sVars.digi1articleurl}

It is also possible to display further article information in the forms via the own shopware blocks provided by the plugin.

The information can only be transmitted if the request form is used in combination with the order number, for example by the link "do you have any questions concerning this product?" in the area "related links to" of the tab "Description" on the article detail page (for example http://www.shop.de/anfrage-formular?sInquiry=detail&sOrdernumber=SW10153 ) or by a direct linking of the form (for example http://www.shop.de/support/index/sFid/16/sInquiry/detail/sOrdernumber/SW10053 ).

Informations about the plugin

(1). Developed according to the new plugin system from shopware 5.2.

(2). Compatible with PHP 7.

(3). Test for 30 days without obligation: with the trial version you can use the plugin for 30 days free of charge and in full directly in your shop.

(4). Compatible themes: this plugin is compatible with the Responsive theme from shopware and themes derived from it. When using a third party theme, which was purchased through the shopware store, the proper use of the plugin can not be guaranteed as with any other shopware plugin. 

(5). Subshop compatiblity: the plugin supports subshops and can be activated per subshop.

(6). Unencrypted: the plugin is provided completely open source, so you do not need the license manager from shopware and it can therefore be used without problems without the iOnCube Loader.

(7). Own shopware blocks: the plugin provides its own shopware blocks so you be able to adapt or extend the plugin update safe in your own theme.
