About the Extension

Category restriction for vouchers

With our codiverse app "Category restriction for vouchers", you can now restrict your voucher codes to specific categories. The discount will only be applied to products that are included in the category (or its child-categories) you specified in the app configuration.

NEW: Since version 1.2.0 up to 5 vouchers can be restricted!

Simple administration

The administration is kept super-simple: just enter the voucher code you want to restrict and the category ID it should apply to!

PLEASE NOTE: When restricting large categories (> 3000 products/variants), you may experience a slower checkout.

Funktioniert nicht! Es wird der ganze Warenkorb rabattiert

Plugin funktioniert leider nicht korrekt. Der Gutschein kann zwar nur eingelöst werden im Warenkorb, wenn ein entsprechendes Produkt im Warenkorb liegt, allerdings wird dann der GANZE Warenkorb rabattiert anstatt nur die Artikel aus dieser Kategorie. Für uns ein NO-GO und ein falsches Versprechen des Plugins.

Im Anschluss an diese Bewertung hatten wir den Kunden über das Shopware-interne Berwertungssystem kontaktiert und angeboten, im Rahmen eines normalen Support-Vorgangs gemeinsam auf Fehlersuche zu gehen. Darauf wurde nicht reagiert. Uns wurde leider zu keinem Zeitpunkt die Möglichkeit gegeben, das Plugin im Shop des Kunden ans Laufen zu bekommen. Wir wurden auch nicht (nachvollziehbar) kontaktiert. (Anonym) von "falschen Versprechen" zu reden, ist aus unserer Sicht rufschädigend und einfach falsch.
