Order salesperson for customers
With this plugin, sellers can order for customers assigned to them - and customize the shopping cart individually: Adjust articles (name, price etc.) and add individual pseudo-articles (e.g. surcharges or discounts).
The alternative to the popular (but often buggy) shopware plugin "Backend Orders". The perfect solution for salespeople, distributors and consultants who want to place orders for customers - e.g. at the customer's site or during a telephone consultation.
You can define a customer account as "seller" in the backend. This seller can then log in as any customer assigned to him and order for him. The assignment takes place either in the backend - or the seller creates a new customer in the shop himself. After logging in as a customer, the seller can put together his shopping cart and finally place an order on behalf of the customer. While the seller is logged in as a customer, he has the possibility to adjust each item in the shopping cart (name and price) and to create new pseudo-articles.
The seller can therefore individually store discounts for items or adjust the name. In addition, he can create any type of pseudo-article - with a free article number, individual name and configurable price, both positive markups and negative discounts. For example, a reference to gift wrapping paper, a catalogue or a shipping discount can be stored.
Default process
- You designate one or more customer accounts as salesperson
- You can already assign other customers to this account so that the seller can order for these customers.
- The seller can view the customers assigned to him or register new customers in a customer account in the shop
- The seller can log in as these customers, customize the shopping cart and order on behalf of these customers

- activate the desired shops
- name customers to the salesperson in the free text fields of customers
