About the Extension

Login and Registration Modal Window | Goodday

Replace the standard customer login view with a more modern and easy to modify modal window. After you install the plugin, the modal window appears as soon as the customer clicks on the "My account" icon. In the same window, you can log in, proceed to registration process, or ask for a password reminder (the customer will receive an email to reset the password).


Moreover, it is possible to add additional modal window to elements with specific class or id. Thanks to this, you will be able to have modal window not only when you "click" on the My account icon, but also when you click on different element. This element will be active only when the User is not logged in. If the user is logged in, this element will be no longer active.

If you have these elements in your code, the next step is to add appropriate values to the "Selectors" in configuration. If you want to add the login modal to these three elements you need to only add these selectors, separated by comma:        

.modal-activator,#modal-activator,p.modal-activate

or for example:

.modal-activator,#modal-activator,.modal-activate


Modal window can be adjusted visually to your needs:


  • select the icon style from the four available variants
  • change the color of the icons
  • choose the color of the "Sign In" button (before and after hover)
