10 Minuten nach meiner Mail erhielt ich bereits eine Rückmeldung.
Der Herausgeber konnte das Problem innerhalb von Minuten feststellen. Hier gab es ein Problem mit dem Theme das der Programmierer innerhalb einer Stunde kostenlos !! löste.
In dieser Stunde gingen wir einige Einstellungen durch und es wurde nebenbei ein Plugin geschrieben das die Fehler der Themehersteller korrigiert.
Solch einen Support habe ich bislang noch nicht erlebt! Weiter so!

Pimp your Shop vom Feinsten! Endlich kann man sich auch beim Warenkorb von der Masse abheben und diesen mit Logo und / oder Bannern versehen. Am besten einfach mal anschauen, das sagt mehr als 1000 Worte! https://sweet-and-berries.com
