About the Extension
Loading time is a conversion killer. Due to smart prefetching the article detail page opens almost immediately. How? The position of the mouse cursor gives an idea which item the customer wishes to open. The average customer behaviour have the advantage that there is a short delay between the hover over the article box and the actual click. This delay is used to prefetch the article detail page in the background.
To test for yourself how the load time has changed, the browser caches must be deleted. It may also be that the internet access is already relatively fast (>30Mbit/s) and therefore the effect is smaller. The majority of customers surf at 6 Mbit/s to 13 Mbit/s.
Strategies
Pre-loading
The item detail page and its resources, e.g. images, are preloaded. Resources that are loaded via JavaScript are not preloaded. This strategy produces good results on average.Pre-rendering
The item detail page and its resources, e.g. images, are loaded and rendered, including resources that are loaded via JavaScript. Since everything is pre-rendered, this strategy achieves the best results. If you work with analysis and tracking scripts, be aware that these are also executed and that "Pre-loading" may be more suitable in order not to falsify the analyses.Cache
After installation or update the theme cache must be warmed up:Configuration -> Caches/performance -> Settings (Tab) -> Themes -> Warm Up cache (Button)
After changing the configuration, the "Shopware configuration" cache may have to be emptied:
Reachable over "Configuration" -> "Cache/Performance" -> in tab "Cache" -> the area "Shopware configuration".

Gutes Plugin mit Sinn

Wir haben das Plugin installiert und konnten bessere Ladezeiten bei uns Feststellen.
Wir haben zwar einen 500/500 MBit Glasfaseranschluss aber trotzdem wurde der Shop schneller. Ich denke bei kleinen Leitungen wird man es besser merken.
Installation und Einrichtung simpel über den Plugin Manager.
Kaufen - Laden - Cache leeren.
Preis-/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Würden wir wieder kaufen.
