About the Extension
User often register as a quest or create a normal account , and after few weeks they forgot what password he have or what email he use for registration.
This plugin resolved the problem.
If user try to login and he put wrong passwort or email, he got error message : " ", our plugin check if user has a account and check if user put correct password,
if one of those two are not correct user get a indyvidual error message:
1. Dieses Passwort gehört nicht zu dieser Email-Adresse. <- in case of wrong password
2. Diese Email-Adresse gehört zu keinem Nutzerkonto. <- in case of wrong email / when account do not exists
Additional it also check if user put correct email when he want to restart a password, and inform him that his e-mail do not exists in database
Advantages of plugin:
+ less error in registration and login process
+ decrease value of Abandoned cart (when user can't login they offten leave the checkout process)
+ inform user that he has account and only forgot a password
+ perfekt solution for your shop if you have quest registration activated
+ if user want to restart a passwort (yourdomain.de/account/password ) and he has no account , then he will got error message that, his email do not exist in shop ( in standart shopware user get information that email with new password was send to his e-mail address even if this addres do noe exists) - this prevent user from waiting for new password, if his account do not exist, and allows user to decied to register.
