About the Extension
Use the B2B inquiry basket to turn your online shop into a product catalogue with inquiry function. Prices can be deactivated for the entire shop, for selected customer groups or individual articles. In addition, the request can be saved as an order with its own order status.
Application examples
Shopware as product catalogue
No prices are displayed in the online shop and the standard checkout is deactivated. Customers can view your products as usual and put them in an "inquiry basket". You will receive the request by e-mail and are then able to create an individual offer.
Shopware as online shop + product catalogue
Deactivate the display of prices for selected customer groups so they can only make inquiries. All other customer groups (e.g. after login) see individual prices and are able to order via the shop. You can also deactivate the price for certain articles. As soon as the customer puts an article without price into the shopping cart, it will jump to the inquiry cart. Exceptions can also be defined for customer groups (e.g. for sales representatives).
Functional overview
Inquiry form instead of checkout
The Shopware checkout will be replaced by an inquiry form if an item is added without a price. The customer can use the inquiry basket like a shopping basket and send it as an inquiry. The shop owner automatically receives an e-mail with the inquiry.
Save inquiry as order
It is now possible to save the inquiry. If the function is active, all inquiries are saved as an order and can be accessed and processed in the backend.
Deactivate prices for customer groups
For each customer group, you can define whether prices should be hidden. Once the function has been activated, all prices in the storefront for this customer group are hidden. Therefore the inquiry basket can also be used optimally for subshops.
Deactivate prices for articles
There are always products without a fixed price (e.g. individual configurations). In this case, you can hide the prices of individual articles, even if a price is defined for the customer group.
Works with Custom Products and Shopping Advisor
Would you like to provide “Custom Products” or “Shopping Advisor” without prices? Our plugin supports the Shopware Premium plugins Custom Products v2 and Shopping Advisor. Especially here it happens that a suitable offer can only be made after the shop operator has checked it.
Email template for more flexibility
A separate email template makes it possible to send an email to the customer in case of inquiries without having to adapt Shopware's existing templates.
