Price optimization for your online shop

Do you spend too much time comparing and adjusting your online prices to your competitors? Monitor your competition online and react automatically!
Our service automates the price optimization and provides you with all important market information. This significantly increases sales and margins and keeps you one step ahead of your closest competiors.
With the Plugin "Pricemonitor" you can easily transfer items to "Patagona Pricemonitor", calculate sales prices based on individual price strategies and restore recommended prices. Fully automated or by pushing the price-button!

Feature

Price Optimization
The Pricemonitor automatically tracks the prices of your competitors by scanning marketplaces and price comparison sites of your choice. It calculates the optimal prices and changes them directly in your system, based on your own pricing strategies.

Market Study

We help you to gain an exact market overview by analysing and preparing the offers of the competition. All data generated in the tracking process is made available to you in your own Pricemonitor account.

Dynamic monitoring

Daily updated prices. By default, Pricemonitor monitors prices once a day. For example, we go there every morning and analyse the prices of the competition. As a result, you will receive our newly calculated recommended prices at noon. However, sometimes it makes sense to analyse prices several times a day. On request you can use dynamic monitoring for this.

Individual pricing strategies

In addition to a pricing strategy for your entire or parts of your assortment you can determine which strategy is to be used for each article or article group individually.

Funktionalität gut, Bedienung gewöhnungsbedürftig

Die Funktionalität und Möglichkeiten des Tools sind super und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu Wettbewerbern ist auch gut.

Die Usability ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, nicht intuitiv. An der ein oder anderen Stelle lassen die verwendeten Wordings vermuten, dass ein Entwickler auch für die Benutzerfreundlichkeit zuständig war. :-)
Hier könnte man mal hergehen und von einem oder mehreren potentiellen neuen Kunden Feedback einholen. Gut ist, dass der Support immer helfen konnte.

Die Positionierung von Funktionen oder Buttons in der Weboberfläche sind nicht immer wie man es gewohnt ist – zum Beispiel der Speicherbutton links oben anstatt rechts unten und man muss sowohl im Plugin als auch in der Weboberfläche ab und an einen Mausklick mehr machen, als man es von anderen Tools kennt. Unglücklich finde ich, dass als Referenzpreis, auf den sich die Preisberechnung bezieht, nicht das Shopwarefeld „Pseudopreis“ herangenommen werden kann, sondern ein Freitextfeld angelegt werden muss, in dem man den Referenzpreis pflegt.

Letztlich läuft aber alles, wenn man es mal aufgesetzt und verstanden hat.

Was mich gerade massiv ärgert ist, dass alle Einstellungen nach einem Versionsupdate des Shopware Plugins weg sind. Auch der Support kann sie nicht wieder herstellen und es wird eine gute Stunde Zeit kosten, bis alles wieder ist, wie es sein soll. Wer also updatet, Screenshot von den Einstellungen machen!

Wir haben lange eine automatische Preisoptimierung gescheut, waren aber auch nicht unaufgeschlossen. Die Kollegen von Patagona konnten alle unsere Sorgen aus Weg räumen, denn für alle erdenklichen Probleme bei der automatischen Preisberechnung hatte Patagona eine Lösung parat. Wir entschieden uns zunächst für einen kostenlosen Test, welcher uns letztendlich komplett überzeugt hat.

Die Einrichtung ging schnell und einfach. Bei Unklarheiten standen die Kollegen von Patagona jeder Zeit, auch telefonisch zur Verfügung. Zudem gab es eine Remote-Untersützte Einführung per Telefon. Auch für eine spätere Feinabstimmung und beseitugung kleinerer Probleme stand man uns per Telefon und TeamViewer zur Verfügung.

Die automatische Preisoptimierung nimmt uns viel manuelle Arbeit ab, steigert die Verkäufe und sorgt für maximale Marge.

Wir können die Preisoptimierung durch Patagona absolut empfehlen.

Patagona bietet mit dem Pricemonitor genau die Lösung die wir gesucht haben.
Bei der Integration des Plugins wurden wir sehr kompetent von Herrn Schlögel unterstützt.
Auf Fragen wird immer sehr schnell reagiert.

Ich kann den Pricemonitor uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein klasse Plugin welches uns eine Menge Arbeit abnimmt. Sehr Übersichtliche Auflistung der Preise von uns definierten Produkten im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz. Automatischer Preis-Abgleich mit denen von uns definierten Plattformen und Minimum-Preisen. Es macht richtig spaß mit diesem Tool zu arbeiten. Ist dieses einmal eingerichtet läuft alles automatisiert. Auch ein super Support(kostenlos) welcher telefonisch erreichbar ist und auch bei der Einweisung und Einrichtung aushilft. Nach der Testphase direkt gekauft!

Install and activate the plugin via the plugin manager. The plugin can be found after the installation and "Articles" / "Items". Now you can use your login data to make the desired settings in the plugin configuration.
