Fixed, fold-out icon bar with an unlimited number of icons

About the Extension

With the plugin "Fixed, collapsible icon bar with an unlimited number of icons" and thus remains permanently visible. We would be happy to send you our example icons or help you set them up.

Within the plugin configuration, the distance of the icon bar to the top or bottom edge of the screen can be specified and the resolutions (smartphone portrait, smartphone landscape, tablet portrait, tablet landscape and desktop) can be selected at which the icon bar should be displayed. The corresponding width and color settings can also be specified within the plugin configuration. For the graphics of the icons, we recommend dimensions of 36 x 36 pixels and the image format png with a transparent background.

Within the plugin configuration can also be separated for:

• the home page,
• the listing category,
• the item detail page,
• the shopping cart,
• the registration page,
• the payment and shipping method selection page
• the order completion page
• the blog listing
• the blog detail page
• the notepad page
• the search results page
• the shop pages
• the newsletter page (subscribe / unsubscribe)
• the formulas
• the landing pages
• the "overview" in "my account"
• the "Personal Data" in "My Account"
• the "Addresses" in "My Account"
• "Payment Methods" in "My Account"
• and the "Orders" in "My Account"
• It can be specified whether the icon bar should be shown or hidden there.

Within the backend module "Fixed icon bar" under the menu item "Content" you can store the following information for each icon:

• the text to be displayed
• the position number
• the link
• the picture
• and different color settings.

You get the link to the image of the icon for the backend module "Fixed Icon Bar" by uploading the corresponding image to a folder in advance via "Content" -> "Media Management", then clicking on the image with the mouse and on the right side Click or copy ("Copy link address") the "Link to the medium" under "Address" under "Further information" and paste it into the corresponding input field next to the icon. Within the backend module "Fixed icon bar" the shop / language can also be selected for each icon in which it is to be displayed.

Notes on the plugin

The plugin is optimized for the standard Shopware 5 themes. If you use a different theme, please check the compatibility with a test version of the plugin first. Furthermore, please check whether the plugin is compatible with other plugins used. We expressly recommend that you test the plugin in a test environment and NOT in the production system in advance in order to avoid any complications.

Notes on the plugin

(1). Unencrypted: from Shopware version 5.2 or the plugin version 2.0.0 the plugin is provided completely open source, so it does not require the Shopware license manager and can therefore be used without the iOnCube Loader without any problems.

(2). Multilingualism: the individual texts, labels and messages in the backend can be adjusted within the text modules according to your wishes.

(3). Subshop capability: the plugin is subshop capable and can be activated for each subshop.

(4). Compatible themes: this plugin is compatible with Shopware's responsive theme and themes derived from it. When using a third-party theme that was purchased from the Shopware Store, proper use of the plugin cannot be guaranteed.

(5). Demo shop: we have set up a demo shop for you so that you can get an overview of the functions of the plugin before you buy it. There you can test the plugin and convince yourself of the range of functions and the benefits. You can find the link to the demo shop in the "Demo" tab.
