About the Extension

Official Lexware Office partner interface

Automatic or manual transfer of the created voucher including PDF from the Shopware shop to Lexware Office. With this extension you can automate the online accounting of your Shopware shop.
Send the created voucher in Shopware with customer and order data directly to Lexware Office. Invoicing and automatic booking are carried out in Lexware Office.

Do online accounting quickly and easily
Select the desired settings for the automated data transfer and save yourself valuable time. The interface takes on this task for you and saves you a lot of accounting effort.
The Lexware Office FiBu interface is an innovative communication interface between Shopware and Lexware Office - the simple online accounting software. You save yourself the transfer of information relevant to accounting from Shopware to the Lexware Office software. The plugin takes over the data transfer automatically after a voucher is created in the Shopware shop, so that you can always access the latest data from your shop in Lexware Office.

This plugin takes over the automatic or manual data transfer from your Shopware shop to the online accounting software Lexware Office:
- Income and Credits voucher
- Customer data
- Order data including shipping costs
- Created PDF from the Shopware shop
- Transfer of the "Transaction Hint" for PayPal payments (for automatic bank assignments in Lexware Office)

In a nutshell
The Lexware Office FiBu interface saves you time and effort in gathering all relevant information for accounting with Lexware Office. Not only do you bundle all important data in one software, you also always work with the latest data from your Shopware shop. This is particularly advantageous if you have set up access to Lexware Office for your tax advisor. He can then quickly carry out and check the bookkeeping with the current information. If a voucher is created in Shopware, all required data including the created PDF are transferred directly to Lexware Office and created as a voucher. It is also possible to transfer voucher that have already been created to Lexware Office via the backend.

Should receipts and receipt images better be direct be created in Lexware Office? Then the plugin fits Lexware Office Faktura (formerly lexoffice) better at your request.

Super Support und sicherlich eine sehr gute Erweiterung, jedoch nicht mit unser Shopware Version 5.5.3 kompatibel

Ein Hinweis an alle mit noch einer alten Shopware Version: Die zum Download bereit gestellte Version für SW 5.5.3 funktioniert nicht mehr, da auf OAuth 2.1 umgestellt wurde. Siehe im SW Store bei Änderungen. Das ist uns erst auf den zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Definitiv falsch aufgelistet im SW Store.
DER SUPPORT und die RÜCKMELDEGESCHWINDIGKEIT von SHOPSY war MEEEGA schnell, persöhnlich und super kompetent! Zu der Funktionalität kann ich leider "noch" nichts sagen, wir arbeiten jetzt am Versions-Sprung unseres Shops. Ich freue mich aber bald auf die Erweiterung in unserem neuen Shop.

Ich habe mich lange für LexOffice interessiert - aber ohne dem Import der Belege aus Shopware uninteressant für uns. Jetzt endlich das passende Tool. Der Support reagierte sofort auf mein Anliegen, dass es mit dem Plugin "AutoInvoice" nicht funktioniere. Zack! Update da! 5 Sterne!!

Genau dieses Tool haben wir gesucht, um unsere mit Pickware erstellten Rechnungen automatisch an Lexoffice zu übertragen. Der Support ist top - schnelle Antwort und bei Problemen werden diese sofort analysiert und behoben. Danke.

Das Plugin funktioniert absolut perfekt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Alles perfekt bei diesem Plugin. Es funktioniert perfekt und leistet was es verspricht. Beim Problemen hat sich der Support bei mir, innerhalb von maximal 5 Minuten telefonisch gemeldet und das Problem via Fernwartung behoben.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit dem Plugin und dem Team von Shopsy. Zu Beginn hat die automatische Belegübertragung nicht funktioniert, da das von uns genutzte Plugin „Pickware-WMS“ nicht unterstützt wurde. Nach einer kurzen Schilderung des Problems wurde der Umfang von FiBu umgehend und kostenlos um diese Funktion erweitert, sodass wir FiBu auch nutzen können. Die folgende Installation hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Plugin erspart uns eine Menge Arbeit. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ihre Rechnungen automatisiert an Lexoffice übertragen wollen.

also erstmal fand ich die Integration echt gut! Die kann man auch selbst machen ohne seine Agentur zu nerven.

Wir hatten auch einen kleinen verbesserungsvorschlag. Das Plugin wäre etwas praktischer für uns wenn dieses Sub-Shop-Fähig wäre. und zack, 1 Tag später wurde das auch schon umgsetzt. MEGA!

Wenn ez jetzt noch möglich wäre, einzelne subshops einzelenen lexoffice accounts zuzuweisen, wäre das für uns noch praktischer, oder ein zurücksetzbares datum ab dem das plugin anfängt die rechnungen zu exportieren. (z.B. am 15.12. installiert, daten sollen aber ab dem 01.12. exportiert werden.

Alles in allem super plugin, weiter so! :)
