Voll funktionsfähiges Theme bisher läuft das ding sehr glatt. Shop Templates hat mit allgemeinen Support-Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. Keine überladenen Einstellmöglichkeiten wie bei den anderen Themes

Das Angebot an Shop Templates ist recht hoch. Jedoch macht das Team von shop-templates.com hier einen besonders guten Job im Support. Anpassungen am Theme werden zügig und zu moderaten Preisen umgesetzt. Selbst bei Fehlern, die im Betrieb des Themes aufgefallen sind, wurde umgehend reagiert. Sehr gute Arbeit, gutes Design, tolle Funktionalität, umfassender Support.

Das Theme hat bisher den besten Umfang an Funktionen. Die Dokumentation ist genauso vorbildlich wie der Support der innerhalb von max. 60 Minuten antwortet. Dieses Theme ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Shopster Template ist eine Super Lösung für jede Art von Online-Shop. Wir haben es im Einsatz für den Aufbau eines modernen Drohnen Shops mit großer Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Template hat klare Struktur und ein sauberes Aussehen.
Support hat etwas gedauert aber Antwort kam!

Das Template sieht gut aus, deshalb tut es mir schon etwas Leid diese Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Allerdings erhält man nur nach wochenlanger Wartezeit eine Antwort auf die Tickets. Aktuell warte ich schon wieder 3 Wochen. Leider ist das ein no-go. Es sind immer wieder Kleinigkeiten, die ganze Funktionalitäten außer Gefecht setzen. Aktuell ist das Theme nicht mit der Intelligenten Suche von SW kompatibel.

Für alle, die sich dazu entscheiden ein Template einzusetzen.
Ich spare mir horrende Agenturkosten und lasse meine Template direkt von Shop Templates anpassen.
Kundenservice kompetent und freundlich.
Hab sehr viele Plugins im Template laufen und alles wird angezeigt.

The best theme I have tried so far.
I am not good at coding so shop-templates.com helped me a lot. I love it.

What we had hoped to be an easy and simple to use template has turned out to be a nightmare in reality. Core functionality does not work properly with this theme and to get any help from the support team takes weeks.
As I write this review we have been waiting for just under 1 month to hear from the support team (we had contact with them before but now they have gone quiet). We do not get answers from support tickets, they do not answer their phones and we get no call back when we leave a message. I have has to contact Shopware themselves to see if we can find a solution.
A sad state of affairs.
*UPDATE 26.10.2017* - First review submitted 22.06.2017
After writing this review the theme provider refused it from being made public and offered direct help, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them another chance. Unfortunately the support have not come back to us and now even more basic functionality, such as creating and publishing shopping worlds and filtering products in the category view do not work.
Do not buy this theme.
