Step 1: After you have purchased a license, install the plugin via the Plugin Manager in your backend (menu item "My purchases").

Step 2: Create the dates of your seminars or events as individual articles. Enter the date of the appointment in the master data of the article in the free-text field "Date and time for diary" in the following form: 22.08.2019 09:00:00

Tip: For a better overview of your customers, it is also advisable to include the date in the article description: e. "Professional Seminar on August 22, 2019"

Step 3: Optionally create a coupon item for each seminar or event category if you want to allow your customers to book seminars without direct appointment selection (for example, as a gift for others).

Step 4: Create a category for each class or event category (for example, Beginner, Advanced, Professionals). In the free text fields at the bottom of the category settings, enter an HTML color code (for example #acacac) and the short name for the calendar. Select the coupon item for the category there (if desired - see step 3).

Step 5: After saving the category, assign the articles from Step 2 to one of the categories in Step 4.

Tip: Of course, you can also change the order in this manual and, for example, first create categories and then items that you can assign directly. It is only important, if you want to use vouchers, to deposit this article after creating it in the corresponding category and that the dates (articles) are assigned to a category.

Step 6: Provide the categories from step 4 via the menu item "Marketing"> "Shopping Worlds" with a shopping world and place once in each case the element "Appointment Calendar" as well as "Appointment List" in the grid. Disable the option "Show product listing under shopping world". Activate the shopping world.

Tip: For the category shopping worlds (step 6) and the landing page (step 7) use the shopping world templates provided by our plugin via the button "Create from template" (menu item "Marketing"> "Shopping worlds"> Toolbar at the top of the shopping world Dialog above the list view).

When using the templates, please do not forget to set the shopping worlds to "active" and to select the shop (for landing pages) or the category (for category views) in the shopping world configuration (left).

Step 7: Create a landing page for the calendar overview or place it on one of the existing landing pages, e.g. in a lower part of the start page, with the help of the element "Terminkalender". Edit the configuration of the item and check the "Show event details" checkbox for items to be displayed on landing pages.

Step 8: Get the landing page in the shop and look forward to the first appointments, seat reservations, seminar attendance etc. from your customers!
