By integrating 1: 1 communication, shop visitors can directly contact the customer service via the chat widget. All inquiries, no matter from which language or sub-shop, come together in the central customer service platform GREYHOUND CRM and can be answered there with the entire team. The customizable chat widget allows you to customize the live chat to your own specifications. Text and color adjustments can be easily configured and changed via the plugin configuration in the Shopware backend. The plugin is multi-client capable and unlimited for all language and sub-shops.
