About the Extension

This plugin enables you to import and export your customer- article- and orderdata. Files can be transferred by manual upload/download, FTP and filesystem. All tasks can be run automaticaly with the Shopware-Cronjob or Shopware-Console. At the moment it is possible to import all article data, images, variants, instocks, prices and to export order-data. Also it is possible to import tracking-codes back to the orders and import customer data.

Attention: The configuration of an csv-data import can be very technically and can also require shopware-database knowledge or php-script skills, depending an the csv-data format to import. Please contact shopware@antony-systemhaus.de for any questions.
Currently supported are csv-files and textfiles with fixed-length columns. You can add an individual column-mapping, execute a php-script for every column or run php scripts for/after each dataline or for/after the complete job.

** NEW: Right now it is possible to import article data out of xml-files. There is a windows mapping software to create a xml2csv mapping which can also be run automatically.**

Our XML conversion based on a cloud service developed by ourselfs. Our plugin-customers can use this service without any extra charge.

You can also delete all articles or article-images for each job.

Because the configuration to work with your files can be very technical and tricky we offer you to configure our plugin for you to work with your files. This service can produce extra costs.

Alles was mit dem internen Importer/Exporter nicht realisierbar ist, ist mit diesem Plugin problemlos umsetzbar. Wir sind mit diesem Tool überaus Zufrieden.

Vielen Dank für dieses geniale Plugin! Mit der Skript-Möglichkeit konnten wir den regelmäßigen Import aus dem ERP perfekt an unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen. Kleine Bugs hat der Support außerdem direkt ernst genommen und zeitnah korrigiert.

Sehr geehrter Herr Brüggemann,
Leider hat sich ein Fehler in unser Ticketsystem eingeschlichen, der einige Antworten dort "verschluckt" hat, darunter sind auch ihre Rückfragen. Dieser Fehler ist mittlerweile behoben, sodass unser Ticketsystem wieder vollständig funktionstüchtig ist.

Ich bin überall maße zufrieden mit dem Tool. Zum eine kann man alles importieren was man möchte, nicht wie bei dem Shopware internen Tool. Auch mit wenig Erfahrung für Technische Details hat man sich in kurzer Zeit eingearbeitet und kann richtig loslegen und wenn es mal nicht so läuft ist Herr Scheidner immer bereit einem zu helfen, sodas man direkt weiter kommt und sich nicht an Problemen aufhalten muss.

Auf jeden fall zu empfehlen!

Wir befinden uns gerade in der Testphase des Produktes und im Prinzip macht es genau das was es soll. Die Möglichkeiten zur Einstellung sind vielfältig und durchdacht.

Wir hatten in unserem Fall einen speziellen Fehler, der mit dem Modul selbst nichts zu tun hatte. Dieser Fehler führte zu Import-Abbrüchen. Der Support von Antony Systemhaus war derart engagiert, dass man völlig vergaß das man sich noch in der Testphase befindet. Man hatte vielmehr das Gefühl das man bereits seit vielen Jahren Kunde ist. Das Problem wurde auch behoben, sodass wir das Modul zukünftig einsetzen werden.

Man muss Antony Systemhaus und stellvertretend Herrn Scheidner nicht nur hinsichtlich dieses genialen Plugins loben, sondern auch den blitzschnellen und sehr kompetenten Support.

Jegliche Anforderungen an das Plugin bzw. wenn es sehr knifflig wurde an Herrn Scheidner, konnten in kürzester Zeit umgesetzt werden.

Durch den umfangreichen CSV Austausch zwischen Shop und ERP-System, konnten viele alltäglich Aufgaben automatisiert werden und führen somit zu einer fehlerlosen Arbeitserleichterung.

Das Team von Antony um Herr Scheidner ist absolut klasse drauf. Auf jede Frage innerhalb kürzester Zeit kommt sofort ein helfender Hinweis.

Das Tool ist sehr gut, auch EDV-Laien können damit sehr gut umgehen.

Unterm Strich bleibt nur zu sagen: Chapeaux und weiter so.

Ich habe viel Zeit und Geld mit der Entwicklung eines API Importers verloren. Auch der originale (neue) Import/Export von Shopware kann nicht dass was ein Import können sollte.

Der Universelle Import von antony systemhaus ist absolut durchdacht und importiert Bilder, Downloads sowie Varianten einwandfrei in den Shop. Die Zuordnung der CSV kann im Backend bequem angepasst werden. Auch individuelle Anpassungen sind möglich.
Zudem ist der Support von Antony Systemhaus schnell, freundlich und sehr kompetent!

Echt Schade, dass so ein starkes Shopsystem wie Shopware solche grundlegenden Dinge nicht von Haus aus kann.

Das Plugin hat genau das in Peto was ich benötigt habe. Eine CSV Datei direkt als Importer den Artikeln zuzuordnen. Wobei bei mir nur Artikelnummer, Preis und Bestand wichtig sind, weil sie aus einem fremden ERP System kommen. Somit sind dank Cron alle Bestände und Preise immer aktuell online verfügbar. Dazu einfach zu bedienen und leicht zu verstehen.
