Download order documents - OrderDocuments

If a customer loses documents such as the packing slip or invoice which are sent with the package, you, the shop operator have an additional hassle: You have to generate the documents again and send them to the customer. The OrderDocuments plugin takes care of this work for you by archiving the order documents and making them available for download.

Logged-on buyers see all their order documents for each order placed in the purchase history in their customer accounts . Invoices, credit notes, and packing slips are available for download as PDF files. As a shop operator, you no longer need to generate these documents when they are needed and can devote your valuable time to more important tasks.
