Wir haben das Plugin seit ein paar Tagen im Einsatz. Probleme sind bislang keine aufgetreten und mit der Oberfläche kann man gut arbeiten. Einige Einstellungen sind nicht unbedingt intuitiv zu finden, aber wenn man sie einmal gefunden hat ist dies auch kein Problem. Kann man empfehlen.

Userlike ist in unseren Augen die beste Chat-Lösung und bietet eine hervorragende Integration in Shopware. So tadellos und unkompliziert hatte ich es nicht erwartet und wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Die Möglichkeiten der individuellen Anpassung im Backend von Userlike sind sehr umfassend und hier zeigt sich, dass die Software wirklich durchdacht ist. Das Chat Panel ist übersichtlich und reagiert schnell und zeigt uns alle Informationen welche wir für Kundenfragen benötigen. Wir empfehlen Userlike zu 100% weiter, auch mit dem Free Account.

Über die Konfiguration hat man quasi sämtliche Einstellungmöglichkeiten abgedeckt, insbesondere Texte und Verhalten des Chats.

Ich nutze dieses Plugin jetzt seit ein paar Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden. Es läuft stabil, macht keinerlei Probleme und ist sehr übersichtlich.

Aufjedenfall zu empfehlen! Und das auch noch kostenlos für kleine Firmen.

Ein super Tool. Einfach Bedienung und sehr klare und selbsterklärende Funktionen. Ich kann es jedem nur Raten es einfach mal auszuprobieren. Es bietet viele nütliche und praktische Funktionen.
Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist super durchdacht und somit für alle Bedürfnisse ein passendes Paket dabei.
Auch die Free Version ist ein sehr faires Angebot, gerade auch für Start Up Unternehmen im Anfang sicherlich hilfreich.

Danke für dieses Super-Tool.

Wirklich ein tolles Plugin und Fairer Preis-Leistungsservice.
Haben es Anfangs eingesetzt, doch da wenig genutzt von Kunden haben wir dies eingestellt.

Ansonsten finden wir macht weiter so.
