About the Extension

With the DPD Adapter powered by Pickware you create DPD shipping labels conveniently in your Shopware backend with just two clicks. The DPD Adapter connects your online shop directly to the DPD Web Connect Cloud Webservice, which means that apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred and no manual CSV data export for DPD DELISprint has to be done.

For each order, the desired shipping and return labels can be created, immediately retrieved in the backend as a PDF and printed directly. Incorrect shipping labels can be easily canceled from the Shopware backend.
Through the seamless integration of the plugin, the assigned tracking codes for shipment tracking are directly transferred to the Shopware backend, and the tracking link can be automatically integrated into the shipping notification.

Please note: This plugin is designed for the use in Germany only, and cannot be used in other countries.

Spitzen Plugin und Support!

Das Plugin fügt sich nahtlos in das Shopware Backend ein und läuft auf Anhieb. Zudem ist das Plugin stets kompatibel zur aktuellen Shopware Version, was man von dem offiziellem DPD Plugin nicht behaupten kann, dies lässt sich nämlich nicht mal installieren.

Der Support ist ebenfalls klasse. Man erhält immer sehr schnell eine freundliche und kompetente Antwort. Das Plugin wurde sogar kurzerhand angepasst, da es eine kleine Schwierigkeit im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf auf DaWanda gab.

Wenn man überlegt was für Zeit man mit diesem Plugin einspart, sind die 500 € schnell wieder drin.

Die Installation hat problemlos geklappt und die Bedienung ist sehr einfach.

Unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell vom freundlichen Support beantwortet. Wir würden mit Stand von heute das Plugin wieder kaufen.

Gerade im Zusammenspiel mit Pickware ist das DPD-Plugin eine unglaubliche Arbeitserleichterung. Die meisten Prozesse bekommt man gar nicht mehr mit, weil sie im Hintergrund laufen und einfach nur das Ergebnis liefern was man erwartet.

Ein paar ästhetische Änderungen noch an der Tagesabschlussliste (Optik - Gesamtanzahl der Pakete....) und alles ist perfekt.

Apropos perfekt: Der Service von Viison ist ist hervorragend. Geduldig, kompetent und vor allem eines: SCHNELL! Und das relativiert den Preis vollkommen.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir haben gerade eine neue Version 1.0.9 des DPD Adapters veröffentlicht, in der nun auch die Summe der Pakete auf dem Tagesabschluss-Dokument angegeben wird.

Das Plugin ist eine absolute Erleichterung für uns. Paketlabel lassen sich einfach erstellen, drucken und verwalten. Das Übergeben der Tracking-Nummern klappt problemlos.

Der Support ist richtig gut. Auf unsere Anfrage hin wurde im Tagesabschluss das Gewicht integriert. Auch das erspart uns einige Arbeit.

Fazit:

Das Plugin ist seinen Preis wert und funktioniert wie es soll.

Funktioniert nicht mit allen Adressen

Das Plugin erkennt einige Adressen nicht, hier darf man sich dann im Webportal einloggen und dort die Etiketten erstellen. Problem ist bekannt:
Laut Pickware-Support liegt das Problem an DPD und deswegen gibt es keinen Support - Hier fühlt sich wohl keiner verantwortlich.
Na ja, hauptsache der Kunde zahlt.

Meine Erfahrung mit dem offiziellen DPD-Plugin war enttäuschend. Obwohl es mit dem Versprechen beworben wurde, "alle DPD-Produkte zu unterstützen", stellte sich heraus, dass mehrere DPD-Services, einschließlich DPD LQ, nicht unterstützt wurden. Der Kundenservice von Pickware war zwar freundlich, aber der Support für das Plugin wurde leider eingestellt. Auf meine Anfrage nach einer Anpassung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Unternehmen sich ausschließlich auf Shopware 6 konzentriert und daher keine Änderungen am Plugin vorgenommen werden können.
