About the Extension

With the Austrian Post Adapter powered by Pickware you create shipping labels conveniently in your Shopware backend with just two clicks. The adapter connects your online shop directly to the PLC Webservice of Austrian Post, which means that apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred and no manual CSV data export has to be done.

For each order, the desired shipping and return labels can be created, immediately retrieved in the backend as a PDF and printed directly.
Through the seamless integration of the plugin, the assigned tracking codes for shipment tracking are directly transferred to the Shopware backend, and the tracking link can be automatically integrated into the shipping notification.

Ich hatte Anfangs das Plugin von Post.at im Einsatz da dieses kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Nach dem ersten Update von Shopware hat aber nichts mehr geklappt. Da ich vorher mit DHL versendet habe und ich das Pickware Plugin bereits kannte, wechselte ich und bereue keinen einzigen Euro!!
Das Plugin ist klasse, alles läuft problemlos und was soll ich sagen, der SUPPORT ist ein Traum! Man erhält turboschnell Antwort und die Problemlösung geliefert ! Ich vergebe 5 Sterne mit Krönchen!

Dieses Plugin erspart uns enorm viel Zeit. Als Post Businesskunde markiere ich einfach alle Bestellungen und habe innerhalb von Sekunden die Etiketten fertig. Kleine Fehler bei den Feldlängen wurden innerhalb weniger Stunden durch Update Bereitstellung bereinigt. Passt perfekt und toller Support wo man sogar am Samstag Rückantwort auf Supportanfragen erhält. Klare Kaufempfehlung wenn man mit der Post AG versendet.
