About the Extension

With the UPS Adapter powered by Pickware you create UPS shipping labels conveniently in your Shopware backend with just two clicks. The UPS Adapter connects your online shop directly to the UPS interface, which means that apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred and no manual CSV data export has to be done.

For each order, the desired shipping and return labels can be created, immediately retrieved in the backend as a PDF and printed directly.
Through the seamless integration of the plugin, the assigned tracking codes for shipment tracking are directly transferred to the Shopware backend, and the tracking link can be automatically integrated into the shipping notification.

Das Plugin hilft uns sehr bei der Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Durch dieses Plugin können wir die Zeit und Arbeit sparen. Das Plugin inkl. Installation ist simple und Benutzerfreundlich.

Was auch für uns sehr wichtig ist: Support. Mit dem Support kann ich nur Lob geben, schnelle Antwort und Umsetzung für Verbesserung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Plugin ist einfach großartig! Die Arbeitsabläufe konnten stark beschleunigt und wesentlich effizienter gestaltet werden. Die Fehlerquote bei häufig wechselnden Lieferadresse der Kunden ist für uns nun bei null, da alle Daten für das Versandetikett direkt aus der Bestellung gezogen werden. Zudem ist die Einrichtung durch eine umfassende Doku sehr einfach und die Usability im Shopware Backend sehr intuitiv und angenehm. Die Integration einer E-Mail Vorlage für den Versand von Retourenscheinen ist ebenso sehr lobenswert, das Plugin sowie die Vorlage ist voll subshopfähig (übersetzbar, anpassbar) und daher sauber durchdacht und umgesetzt. Eine Rückfrage beim Support wurde extrem schnell, professionell und mit viel Einsatz bearbeitet, unser Anliegen war nur kurzer Zeit erledigt.

Wir nutzen das Plugin für einen Haupt- und zwei Subshops und können nur positives Berichten, Prädikat sehr empfehlenswert!

Zuverlässiges und effizientes PlugIn

Das PlugIn ist bei uns seit einigen Monaten im Einsatz und hat die entsprechende Funktion in unserer Warenwirtschaft abgelöst. Aus den Bestellungen heraus können sofort Versandetiketten gedruckt werden.
Die Installation/Einrichtung ist sehr gut Dokumentiert und simpel gehalten.

Wer ein professionelles Shopware-PlugIn für UPS sucht ist hier an der richtigen Stelle.
Der Hersteller reagiert sehr schnell auf Verbesserungsvorschläge und setzt diese zeitnah um.
