About the Extension
With this plugin the checkout of your shop will be optimized by multi-level improvements. The conversion rate of your shop increases due to an optimized usability and thus a clearer checkout, which includes additional functions:
1. login / registration with 3 choices
As soon as your customers reach the checkout, a selection of the registration options appears. Here you can choose between the customer login, the new customer registration and an additional guest registration. Among other things, the registration form will be optimized by this new arrangement, because the standardized selection option in the form itself is not longer needed. This improvement serves to segment customers according to the desired type of checkout. Thus, the forms can be optimized for specific target groups.
2. form optimization
In the next step your shop visitors can enter all important information at the new customer registration and guest registration. These are displayed in a content-clearly defined form. The optimized registration form is spilt into general and address information. The arrangement of the input fields has been optimized by a more compact representation.In addition, the combo boxes for the selection of the "salutation" and the "I am" fields have been changed to radio select options. This gives the customer a better overview of the choices. Finally, pre-selected fields ensure a fast and easy completion of the form. After filling in an input field, the customer receives feedback regarding the correctness of his information. This is expressed by the coloring of the fields background in the colors green (correct) or red (wrong).
3. trust elements during registration
In the "order as new customer" and "order as guest" forms, additional trust elements or other important information on the order process can be optionally stored in the right-hand column.
To edit these text passages use the Shopware Snippets in your backend. Go to Configuration > Snippets > search for "lcc" (=loyconversioncheckout) to display all associated snippets. (Illustration: Picture no. 7)
4. better position of the AGB tick
On the order summary, the tick for the terms and conditions and cancellation policy is now displayed in the lower area near the CTA-Button.
