Want to thank your customers for their previous order or for subscribing to your newsletter and give them a good reason to place a follow-up order? Then thank-you vouchers are just the thing for you. Now you can easily and automatically create them with the CouponRules plug-in.
Once a user has placed an order or subscribed to a newsletter, CouponRules takes care of automatically generating vouchers. You can set the amount and the expiration dates of the voucher. A setting is made so that a voucher can then only be redeemed after payment of the previous order. This increases the chances of a follow-up order and thus also of increasing your sales.
You precisely define when a voucher should be issued by using rules.
Possible criteria are: Category, customer group, product, manufacturer, number of purchases, sub-shop, amount of order – these can also be combined with each other, thus making it possible, for example, to issue a voucher after an order has been placed if the customer’s shopping basked exceed �100 and the customer has ordered an item from a specific manufacturer.
In order to have complete control over the rules, all activities are sent to the administrator via e-mail (setting required) and also save in the Shopware log.
CouponRules builds on the EasyCoupon plug-in as an add-on. This means features such as managing vouchers and personalized e-mails are already included.
