About the Extension

Purpose of the plugin

Easily contacting the shop user is at least as important as contacting the shop operator. Depending on the application, this plug-in can help to achieve this with a "contact widget" that appears on the side of the screen. The display of information (HTML format) can be time-controlled so that the user does not find the information annoying immediately after visiting the page. In addition, a rule control (RuleBuilder) is possible, so that a restriction to different "events" is possible - e.g. only for certain customer groups, for certain products in the shopping basket and the like.

For this purpose, a special Experience Worlds form element is also supplied with this plug-in. With this special contact form, consultation days, time windows and duration of the consultation appointments can be set by the shop operator and the user can then announce his desired appointment during this period. The form can then be sent to the shop operator using the Flowbuilder function available in the Shopware standard.

Using the plugin (widget settings)

Settings > Extensions > Contact Widget

General settings

  • Active: Immediately active after installation
  • Text when widget is unfolded: Text in HTML format is displayed in the frontend as soon as the widget is displayed. The required links to the experience worlds with the consultation form or another page can also be included here.
  • Text when widget is collapsed: This text is displayed at the edge of the screen. (appears after the user closes the widget)
  • Number of seconds after the widget is to be unfolded: This is how long the widget waits before it is unfolded for the first time (integer).
  • Positioning of the contact widget: Right - upper third | Right - middle | Right - lower third | Left - upper third | Left - middle | Left - lower third


Display settings

  • Display rules: If no (RuleBuilder) rule has been assigned, the contact widget is displayed on every page.
  • Desktop: Display collapsed contact widget: Text | Icon
  • Tablet: Display collapsed contact widget: Text | Icon
  • Mobile: Display collapsed contact widget: Text | Icon
  • Upload icon: If no icon has been uploaded, a standard Shopware icon will be used.


Use of the plugin (Shopping Experience Worlds)

Contents> Shopping Experiences

The following Shopping Experiences are supplied - these can be duplicated and then adapted:

  • Default shop page layout with newsletter form
  • Default shop page layout with contact form


In addition, a block and an element are supplied with the plug-in - these can be used in each experience world:

  • Block category "ACRIS Contact Widget" contains the block "ACRIS Widget Contact Form".


The included "Contact Widget Element" contains the following functions

Tab Content

  • Title: Headline of the form
  • Confirmation text: When the form has been submitted, this text is displayed.


Tab Settings

  • Days on which no counselling appointment is possible: Saturday & Sunday | Sunday & Monday | Monday | No limit
  • Consultation period from: This time is available in the frontend for the user to choose from when a counselling appointment is possible.
  • Counselling period until: This time is available to the user in the frontend until when a counselling appointment is possible.
  • Time unit of the counselling period: Appointment only possible every 15 minutes | Appointment only possible every half hour | Appointment only possible every hour | No limit
  • Recipient addresses: the contact form is sent to this recipient, further configurations are available in FlowBuilder.


Using the Plugin (FlowBuilder / E-Mail Templates)

Settings > Flowbuilder > ACRIS contact widget form
Here - as provided in the Shopware standard - the flows can be adapted (e.g. an additional recipient).

Here - as provided for in the Shopware standard - the e-mails can be customised.
