About the Extension

In the standard Shopware version, there is no easy way to reach customers directly via a side widget or to make consultation appointments bookable directly in the shop.

We have therefore developed a plugin that offers the following advantages:

Side widget for contact, consultation appointments or newsletters
A handy widget is displayed on the side of the screen. Customers can use it to contact you immediately, sign up for the newsletter or book a consultation appointment directly.

Consultation appointments can be booked directly in the shop
Customers can select a consultation appointment directly in the shop using the form element provided. Shop operators can specify themselves on which days, at what times and at what intervals appointments are available.

Rule-based and time-controlled display
The widget can be displayed either immediately or with a time delay. Using the Rule Builder, you can also control when and to whom the widget is displayed – for example, only to certain customer groups, for certain shopping basket contents or other conditions.

Included experience world templates and special form element
Predefined layouts are available for quick setup. The plugin also includes a special experience world form element. Shop operators can use it to freely define consultation days, time slots and the duration of appointments. Customers simply select their desired appointment, which can then be sent directly to the shop operator using Shopware's standard functions (Flow Builder).
