The plugin's purpose is to enable efficient transfer of CMS layouts between different Shopware 6 instances. This includes all CMS-related content such as sections, blocks, elements, texts, and media. It is particularly useful for workflows between staging and live systems or for reuse across parallel shop setups. The plugin ensures seamless migration without requiring additional API connections.

Usage

Once activated, the export option appears on each CMS layout. During import, the wizard automatically analyzes the structure and detects potential conflicts:

Existing layout IDs: option to overwrite or create new layout
Missing CMS blocks: warning with option to cancel or proceed without them
Duplicate images: choose to overwrite, rename or keep existing files

Limitations / Notes

Hardcoded links may need to be manually adjusted
Products referenced in the layout must exist in the target system for proper mapping

Locked layouts cannot be exported
