Highlights

Application scenarios

With this plugin one or more hints can be displayed on the order overview page.
6 different positions allow a flexible display of the hints

(above the GTC, below the GTC, below the addresses, above the product listing, below the product listing and above the order button).

In addition, there is the possibility to show a checkbox - optionally also as a mandatory field.

A simple formatting of the texts is possible by means of font colors or background color.

The hint text can also contain HTML code.

The data is stored in the database when the order is placed and can therefore be used further if required.

Using the plugin

Under Settings > Extensions > Order Info Text > "Add Order Info Text".
Here you can create different hint texts, add rules and priorities to them and set the display position on the order confirmation page.

General section

Internal name: used for the overview in the list

Internal ID for passing on in the order process:
When an order is placed, the following content is stored in the database:

    - id
    - internal id
    - Heading
    - text content
    - whether the checkbox was displayed
    - whether the checkbox was accepted
    - whether the checkbox was a required field

Priority: Used when multiple notices are displayed at the same position and determines the order in the frontend. The higher the number, the higher the priority.

Active: yes/no

Sales Channels: Here you can define on which sales channels the display should take place.

Assigned rule: By means of RuleBuilder rules the notices can be controlled. Multiple rules can be defined, these are used with OR.

Display & Content Area

Position of the text: There are 6 positions available - these are used on the order confirmation page.
(Above T&C, Below T&C, Below Address, Below Payment Method, Below Products, Between Summary and Purchase Button).

Headline: Display a headline, can be left blank.

Text Content: Can be a HTML formatted text

Show Separator Line: Inserts a separator line between the headline and the text content

Background color: The complete note (with heading and text content) can be highlighted with a background color.

Heading Text Color: Color of the heading

Content Text Color: Color of the text content

Functionality area

Show checkbox: If this is disabled then the above text will be displayed, if this function is enabled then a checkbox will be displayed in front of the text. If the Show checkbox option is active, then another option will appear:
Checkbox is a required field: if this is active, the user must check this option as a mandatory requirement (counts as approval of the content, so to speak).

Wir brauchten eine Möglichkeit, am Ende des Bestellvorgangs eine Einwillung vom Kunden für den Speditionsversand einzuholen. Und genau das war mit diesem Plugin möglich. Da es eine ganze Reihe von Möglichkeiten darüber hinaus bietet, bin ich mir sicher, dass wir auch noch an anderer Stelle Einsatzmöglichkeiten finden werden. Wie auch die übrigen Plugins von ACRIS die wir im Einsatz haben, ein wunderbar intuitives und leicht zu bedienendes Plugin.

Wir hatten im Shop immer wieder folgende Probleme:

1.
Firmenbesteller gaben den Firmennamen nicht korrekt an (z. B. fehlende Unternehmensform) - später nachdem die Rechnung versendet wurde, durften wir dann den Beleg stornieren und den Namen korrigieren.

2.
Trotz weg zu klickendem Hinweisfenster, wurde der Hinweis auf Betriebsferien übersehen. Wenn dann unter Umständen die Bestellung erst nach den Ferien versandt wurde, gab es Gemecker.

Beide Probleme konnten wir dank dieses Plugins erheblich reduzieren. Einfach entsprechende Hinweise mit Pflicht-Checkboxen im Checkout erstellt. Da die zugehörigen Hinweistexte über den Texteditor frei (und somit auffällig) gestaltbar sind, außerdem später noch in der Bestellung dokumentiert werden, gibt es keine Ausreden mehr für die jeweiligen Pappenheimer.

Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, denn die Boxen können sogar über Regeln gesteuert werden.
