About the Extension

Purpose of the plugin

As soon as the shop owner activates "Allow cancellations "in the Shopware Admin > Settings > Shopping cart, it is possible for the customer to cancel an order at any time in the frontend. As long as the order has not been delivered or is still being processed, this is usually not a problem, but if the order has already been delivered, cancellation by the customer should no longer be possible.


This plugin makes it possible to define at which order status, delivery status and payment status a cancellation by the customer is possible.

Use of the plugin

The following options are available in the plugin settings (Extensions > My Extensions > ACRIS Cancellation of Orders > Configuration):

  • Cancellation of the order only possible with the following order stati

  • Cancellation of the order only possible with the following delivery stati

  • Cancellation of the order only possible with the following payment stati

  • Completely prohibit changing the payment method after the order has been completed


Here you can specify one or more stati for which a cancellation by the customer is possible.

If no status is specified, cancellation is possible in the frontend regardless of any status.


Requirements

This plugin only makes sense if the shop operator has activated "Allow cancellations" in Shopware Admin > Settings > Shopping cart - because only then is the cancellation function available in the frontend.

Das Plugin tut ganz hervorragend was es soll, und der Service ist erstklassig. Uns fehlte ein Zahlungsstatus, und der wurde völlig unkompliziert innerhalb eines Tages ergänzt. So muss das sein.
