Description

Highlights

"Products from the same category" are displayed as cross-selling on the product detail page.
"Recently viewed products" are displayed

Usage of the plugin

The plugin allows to display similar products, on product detail page. Products from the same category are displayed to the customer.

New from version 3.0.0:

"Suggest products from the same category" (can be activated / deactivated per sales channel)
"Last viewed" (can be activated / deactivated per sales channel)
"Customers also bought" (can be activated / deactivated for each sales channel)
"Customers also viewed" (can be activated / deactivated per sales channel)

Functionality "Suggest products from the same category"

The plugin will display products from the same category in slider at the product detail page.

Maximum number of products in slider can be changed in plugin config.
- Default value: 12

The product sorting in the slider is the same like product sorting on navigation pages.

Possible application scenarios

A (potential) customer clicks on a product to learn more about it and lands on the product detail page. On this product detail page, other similar products related to the current product are displayed. With this plugin it is possible to display products from the same category, because in this area obviously already Intersse exists. Suggesting similar products can on one hand motivate the customer to buy several products, on the other hand it can also help the customer to find the right product.

Why should I suggest other products?

Motivating customers to buy additional products is a challenge, but it doesn't have to be. This plugin, for suggesting products, makes it easy to show customers what else they should consider - and help you get more out of each sale.

Functionality "Recently viewed products

If a user looks at several products, these are also saved and displayed.

The following options can be set in the plug-in configuration:

Activate
Maximum number of products that are displayed under "Recently viewed products": Default value 7 products
The storage period of the cookie for recently viewed products (in days): Default value 365

Functionality "Customers also bought"

With this function, orders already made are analysed in connection with the currently viewed product and the products most often bought together are displayed in a prioritised manner.

The following options can be set in the plug-in configuration:

Enable
Maximum number of products that are displayed in "Customers also bought": Default value 7 products
Read out data of the last x days: Default value 365 days (meaning the orders of the last x days).

Functionality "Customers have also viewed "

With this function, the plugin saves the products in the database which ALL users have called up (product detail page) and uses this function to determine the most frequently viewed products of other USERS and displays them.

The following options can be set in the plugin configuration:

Activate
Maximum number of products displayed in "Customers have also viewed" : Default value 7 products
Read out data of the last x days: Default value 90 days (Important: tracking only starts from installation of the plugin)

Wir sind mit allen verwendeten Plugins von Acris sehr zufrieden, falls es mal Rückfragen gibt, ist der Support immer schnell und zuverlässig zur Stelle. Wenn ich ein neues Plugin benötige, schaue ich zuerst, ob Acris das benötigte anbietet. Da weiß ich, dass mir immer zuverlässig geholfen wird.

Super, jetzt funktioniert das Plugin auch in der Mobilansicht einwandfrei.
Das Plugin ist genial, damit die Artikelseite unten nicht so nackt ist und damit der Kunde auch noch ähnliche Artikel sehen kann.
Die Kosten für das Plugin sind auch Top, 5 Sterne

Hatten ein Problem mit "Kunden kauften auch" bei Varianten-Artikeln. Das Problem wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben - besser kann ein Support nicht sein!

Praktisches Plugin zu einem guten Preis. Wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten beim Einsatz des Plugins auf einer selbst erstellten Artikeldetail-Seite/Erlebniswelt und uns wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

Sehr guter und schneller Support bezgl. Ansicht auf dem Smartphone!
Funktioniert jetzt einwandfrei und tolle, preiswerte Erweiterung.
Fehlen würde mir die Option, dass man aus mehreren Kategorien auch noch auswählen kann
oder aus Eigenschaften.
Beispiel bei mir: Kategorien sind die Brauereien, nice to have: schlage aber alle Bockbiere vor wenn ich gerade eines am auswählen bin.
