About the Extension
Are you tired of manually switching customer groups to offer personalized experience in your store? This extension saves time by automatically assigning customers to specific groups based on various conditions like order amount, product in order, lifetime spent and more.
You can assign a customer group for lifetime or for a specific period of time. The extension will automatically revert the customer back to the existing customer group once the time lapse.
Rule-Based Customer Group Switcher Management
While creating a new rule, you can set a priority order and choose the customer groups you wish to switch. The switching criteria can be based on products, categories, order amount, or total amount spent. For rules based on products, you can choose if the rule should apply when the customer purchases all or any of the selected products. You can also create amount based rules that are applicable by order amount for customer group switching.
Please note the customer group switcher rules are not applicable on guest users!
Stops Customer Group Switching Upon Rule Expiry
This extension enables merchants to set-up customer group switchers for a specific period by adding rule expiry. Once the rule expires, the customer will keep its current customer group and the switching will be stopped automatically. This makes this extension ideal for offering customer group based special pricing and offers. Rules might not apply if they're applied on variable products.
Customizable Email Notification for Customer on Group Switch
This extension notifies merchants about customer group switching via an email. This email template is customizable and can be customized by going to Shopware settings tab > Email templates > Addify Switch Customer Group Email.
View Detailed Customer Switch History from a Log
Merchants can view customer switch history from a log. The switch history log can be found by visiting customers > overview > select customer > switch history log.
