About the Extension
Does creating and assigning delivery bills and invoices take too long for you? No problem! With this extension you can generate multiple documents either manually, or automatically on certain events. You can merge documents into one document.
Automatic generation
You can determine when the documents are created and assigned. Either when an order has been paid, or a shipment has been sent. You can decide if you want to create only invoices, only delivery notes or both together at once.
Multiple generation
You can select up to 100 orders and generate the appropriate documents for each order. In addition, you can also generate and download the documents as a merged PDF.
Sustainability
The extension refers to the original document templates of Shopware. Thus, on the one hand, an update compatibility and, on the other hand, the compatibility with additional extensions from third parties is guaranteed.
Manual or automatic generation
You can either have the documents generated automatically according to certain order statuses, or decide yourself for which orders documents should be generated.
Workflow optimization
- View order summary
- Mark orders
- Click "Create documents"
- Select invoice and/or delivery notes
- Documents are generated and assigned to the orders
- Finished print view of all generated documents at once
