About the Extension

Automate your business processes by executing flows created with the Flow Builder through API calls effortlessly. API calls can be initiated, for example, from your warehouse management system, ERP, or CRM. This saves you time in your daily work and avoids unnecessary costs.

Application Examples:
  • Automating Debt Collection: The plugin enables automatic sending of reminders to customers who have not made their payments on time, expediting payment processing. For instance, if your company uses SAP and wants to send debt collection emails via Shopware. After a defined period of X days, SAP sends an API request to the Shopware instance to trigger a flow, which then sends a debt collection email to the customer.
  • The flow triggered via API generates an invoice for an order and sends it to the customer via email.
  • A flow initiated through API sends a payment reminder to a customer.
  • A flow triggered via API updates the delivery status of a specific order to "Shipped" and notifies the customer via email.

This plugin adds custom triggers to the Flow Builder for customers and orders that you can trigger via API calls. You provide parameters such as the customer number, customer email, or order number in the API call to specify which customer or order the flow should work with. Implementation of API calls is made easy with straightforward documentation.
