About the Extension

Automate daily routine tasks – no manual clicks required

This plugin allows you to trigger flows from the Shopware Flow Builder via API with ease. Your external systems – whether ERP, CRM, or custom tools – can send API requests to create invoices, send reminders, or update order statuses.

Example:
Your ERP detects a defaulting customer – an automated API call to Shopware triggers the “Send payment reminder” flow. The customer immediately receives an email.

Benefits for your team:

  • No duplicate work between systems
  • Fewer errors due to manual input
  • Clear traceability thanks to logging
  • Easy setup with clear API documentation
