About the Extension

Shipping multiple packages can be time-consuming – especially when separate shipping and return labels need to be created and sent to customers for each package. This DPD Shopware 6 app automates this process, saves you time, and makes shipping more efficient.

With just one click, shipping and return labels can be created and automatically sent to the customer via email. Tracking links are displayed in the customer account, and emails are sent automatically as soon as DPD receives all the packages in the shipment. The app also allows you to individually set package weight, quantity, dimensions, and the desired DPD services (e.g., DPD Food, Predict, etc.).

Shipping History:
Since DPD keeps your shop up-to-date with the latest shipping statuses every 15 minutes, you and your customers can view an up-to-date shipping history in the admin area and customer account.

DPD Predict and Proactive Notifications:

Suitable for both small and large shippers:

Our DPD plugin can be used by both small shippers (fewer than 2000 packages/month) and large shippers. As a small shipper, you must first be authorized for the Webconnect API. In this case, please contact us directly via the support form. We will then get in touch with DPD to ensure that you receive your DELIS-ID for the DPD Webconnect interface and can seamlessly work with the new API.

I only have access credentials for the Cloud API from DPD. How can I get a DELIS-ID?

The app uses the latest DPD API (Webconnect). However, for small shippers (<2000 packages per month), DPD currently still provides access credentials for the outdated Cloud API, which is no longer being developed. To obtain your DELIS-ID for the new Webconnect API, please contact us via the support form and provide your Cloud User ID. We will then get in touch with DPD to ensure that you, as a small shipper, also gain access to the Webconnect API. During this process, DPD will contact you directly and finalize a new contract with you.
