User-Friendly and Design Flexibility

The drag-and-drop feature allows you to effortlessly place texts and images onto your documents. Integrating Google Fonts enables you to choose from a vast array of fonts that match your company's design. Style elements can be customized individually for each element or defined globally, saving you time and creating consistent designs across different documents.


You can configure the following styles:

  • Background color
  • Font family
  • Font color
  • Font size
  • Font weight (e.g. Bold, Normal)
  • Font style (e.g. Italic)
  • Line height
  • Letter spacing
  • Spacing to all sides
  • Alignment (left-aligned, centered, right-aligned)

Preview and Multi-Page Functions

The preview function allows you to see the final appearance of your PDF documents before printing. For extensive orders requiring multipage documents, you can set which elements appear on which pages, such as displaying the customer address only on the first page and the total amount only on the last page.

Cross-document editing

With our document editor app, managing your documents is child's play. You can create templates, save them and easily retrieve them at any time. In addition, our app allows you to copy entire elements that can be inserted not only within the same document, but also between different documents.


Variables and Customization

By adding variables to text elements, important order data such as order numbers, invoice numbers, and customer VAT IDs can be inserted with a single click. This reduces manual input errors and increases the accuracy of your documents.


You can choose from a pool of variables related to the following records:

  • Order (order number, order items, delivery etc.)
  • Document (invoice number, delivery note number, delivery date, storno no., credit note number etc.)
  • Document type configuration (own company name, own company address, bank details etc.)

Complex invoices and quotes

We understand that longer invoices with many items can often be a challenge for the in-house Shopware system. Long invoices frequently look unattractive and are formatted incorrectly. With our editor, unsightly invoices or quotes are a thing of the past.


Advanced Elements and CSS Styling

For users who want to make further customizations, the editor offers the ability to embed their own loops or conditions using Twig syntax. In addition, design can be further individualized through CSS code to meet specific styling requirements.

Hersteller gibt extrem schnellen, gezielten und lösungsorientierten Support.

Vielen Dank Oliver, echt Klasse von Dir. Du hast mir sogar am Wochende bei einer dringenden und wichtigen Sache geholfen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und sollte hier mal erwähnt werden. Also Hut ab.

Das Plugin ist sehr gut und modular gestrickt. Man kann einzelne Komponenten Ex- & Importieren oder gar ganze Layouts speichern, übertragen oder gar an seine Bedürfnisse anpassen (mit etwas IT Background).

Das Plugin erfüllt absolut seinen Zweck und ist extrem anwenderfreundlich.
Der Support ist herausragend. Probleme werden angegangen und nicht einfach wegdiskutiert.

Diese Erweiterung ermöglicht individuelle Anpassungen der Dokumente in Shopware 6. Der Support ist super - das Problem wird innerhalb wenigen Stunden gelöst. Die Erweiterung ist empfehlenswert.

Das Plugin macht die Bearbeitung von Rechnungslayouts sehr komplex möglich und arbeitet mit einem Editor, der gut funktioniert. Der Support ist super. Ich kann das Plugin empfehlen und arbeite gerne damit. Und wenn doch mal etwas noch fehlt, wird die Funktion schnell nachgezogen. Weiter so!

Tolle Erweiterung. Es ist einfach zu bearbeiten und ermöglicht eine umfassende Bearbeitung zum Erstellen/Anpassen eigener Formulare. Dazu kommt der außergewöhnlich gute Support. Schnelle Rückantwort und Unterstützung per Video oder sogar Fernwartung. Dabei wurde uns sogar mit Anpassungen in der Programmierung geholfen.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Plugin, welches ohne viel Aufwand und große Programmierkenntnisse Anpassungsmöglichkeiten der Dokumente in SW bietet, da diese im Standard optisch wirklich gruselig aussehen. Durch den übersichtlichen Aufbau ist die Bedienung einfach und die Vorschau, die man jederzeit zur Überprüfung nutzen kann, eine super Unterstützung. Und wenn man sich mit etwas doch mal ein bisschen schwer tut, hilft einem der Support einfach nur spitzenmäßig weiter!
